Well located next to stations so much better for business trips than anything else. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, as are the rooms. Breakfast was good and there is a variety of options available. The one thing I'd do is in larger rooms add a sofa or something as the room feels very empty and therefore less welcoming given the fact that it's large but empty.

The hotel is very convenient, located right opposite the Eurostar station. We could drop off our bags and went out to have lunch and sightseeing immediately. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. She upgraded us to executive floor and also check late out until 2pm. It was perfect for us as we could stay in our room until 2pm then walked over to Eurostar station to get on to our train. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Lille for visit.

The room was clean, bright and modern and the bed was very comfortable and lovely pillows. The only downside was no English TV channels except the news. The English subtitle option didn't work. Only one very small milk carton. Great location. we would stay there again.

Property and room were clean and buffet breakfast was good. The bed was very. comfortable and there was a great shower. Several issues on arrival and departure - noises in room next to us with loud voices and a screaming baby on first night. Room was too warm with poor air conditioning and sealed windows. Staff said they would resolve, but they didn’t. Had to pay a holding charge of £150 on arrival, which is now proving difficult to get back. Staff very unhelpful and unwilling to help.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. There was a good breakfast on offer too - either a hot selection or pastries, breads and fruit. The location is great if you arrive at Lille-Europe station and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This one of the quietest hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. When I was in my room I could not even hear a door open or shut on my floor. It was an amazing and restful stay. The staff was extremely accommodating of my limited French, for which I was grateful. Wonderful location close to trains. I would stay there again.
