Convenient and quite a pleasant stay

Convenient, about 16 min walk from Lille Europe station and 10 min walk from Lille Flandres, and 15 min from Lille Grand Palais. Breakfast has a good variety of food, including cheese, brrad, pastry, yoghurt, etc. Staff are helpful and polite. However, the room lacks basic amenities like hot water flask, slippers, toiletries, cups, etc, though they are available at the hotel lobby. Some corners of the room have mould and were musty. The air conditioner was not cold enough (but this is understandable as it was about 25 to 28 deg C in the afternoon).

Très bonne hôtel proche de tout mais à la fois dans un coins assez calme de la ville seule petit problème les femmes de ménages qui passent alors que nous avons pris un départ tardif. Surment un manque de communication entre les équipes.
