"Lovely and clean hotel. Our room was very cozy ( small) but comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. Free parking behind or on street near hotel. We were staying at the hotel to go to near by war memorials so we did not use the spa. We had the express breakfast which was 10 euros & it was okay."

"L'aspect de la chambre ne correspond pas du tout aux images présentées sur l'annonce. Le tout est ancien, pas sale, mais pas propre pour autant. Les sanitaires, malgré ce qui était indiqué sur l'annonce, étaient communs et sales, qui plus est. Le petit-déjeuner, qui était censé être inclus, n'a pas été distribué. Lorsque la réception a été informée de cet oubli, on m'a répondu que quelqu'un allait me rejoindre dans le hall de l'hôtel. Pourtant, après dix minutes d'attente, ni réceptionniste, ni petit-déjeuner en vue. En somme, ne venez dormir dans ce lieu que si vous n'avez aucune autre possibilité."

"Stayed here overnight as we had tickets for the RC Lens football match. The hotel couldn't be better placed for the stadium. Literally across the stadium car park - which for myself with limited mobility was perfect. Though as a side note, the stadium seating is very steep, and was very difficult for me. Back to the hotel, it's quite big, has a large bar used by the football fans - though not noisy. The staff were friendly & helpful. The room was quite small, but clean & tidy. It's only a short walk from the railway station - or 1 stop on the bus."

"I give this hotel 5 stars. It's not a 5-star hotel in the official hotel rating system. Not really. But it's a great place to stay on your way to somewhere else. I enjoyed it and I will be back. Everything was there to make your stay comfortable. The check-in was easy and quick. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, functional, with enough space not to feel crowded. The breakfast was nice (continental). It's kid-friendly. Plenty of food options a short walk away. A lovely place overall."
