Hidden Jewel !! If you want to visit Lima have a lot of fun eat on the best restaurants and be safe all the time, you got of that around the this place,hotel not updated one breakfast options no parking and a bit noise but is nice, perfectly located good bedding ,a/c rooms,comfy and not expensive, Employees needs training in better customer service, overall I’ll stay again!

Nice budget hotel. The staff was super friendly. They kept our bags safe after checkout while we had to kill time before a flight. Our light in our room was broken and was blinking like a strobe light but other then that well worth the price. It’s a convenient location to the rest of miraflores. Id say its well worth the price.

The best place in and around Miraflores. Stop scrolling for any other place and book this one. Breakfast awesome. Room awesome. Customer Service awesome. Location beyond exceptional. Cant spot a flaw even if I looked for it . Complimentary Tea and water all day ! 14.5 stars out of 10.

Good value, but not what i booked

I did not got the the original room i booked, the room i booked and pay was for 1 Queen Bed and 4 Twin Beds, 2 bathroom family apartment. the room i received was for 1 queen bed and 2 twins 1 bathroom, smaller than the picture. I asked the agent and they told me was already given to someone else, even tho online still showed available. Breakfast was good, personnel were friendly, the room was for 3 people and they only included one towel so every day we have to go the front desk to ask for towels and toilet paper. Overall location was excellent.

Not great, filthy

The room we stayed in had black mold in it, and the floors were filthy. There was no water pressure in the shower. There was exposed electric wires sticking out of the wall we complained they switch us rooms. Second room was semi decent, but had no water upon checkout, so I didn’t even get to shower before I left to the airport. We were three people, and they only put two set of towels and only one roll of toilet paper wich was an small one, the cleaning service was ridiculous with that “rule” but the check in lady was super friendly and understanding, she is the only one who deserves 5 stars. I forgot to mentioned that the tv had no cable service.

At first I was not happy with the etra $57 dollars I got charged for using a credit card to pay for my stay . The first room I git was not the greatest. It was noisy and the tv set only had 4 antena chanels. A couple of days later I got moved to a different room which was more quiet and at least connected to the internet. One day there was a problem with the water and it was shut off for a few hours. What I liked: They included a continental breakfast, the employees and seevice personel were very nice and went out of their way to provide caring service. That made up for the initial dissapointment. It's probably a good place if you're a single traveler. The location can't be beat as it is near to almost everything. I did enjoy my stay.

The first night the room had a leak and the humidity was bad, they change us the room but the door shower didn't closes properly and let the water go out of it. They never fixed even do they tell us it will be fix.
