The communication was perfect! The team took proactive steps to ensure we had everything we needed at all times. They dropped off fresh towels even a few days into our stay without us asking for anything. The one time we had a need for help, they responded promptly and made sure we got our needs met. A wonderful location to base exploration of the Miraflores park, Lima and a great nearby food scene. Property really is as amazing as advertised with comfortable beds and furnishings, well equipped and amazing views. Erika and team were incredibly helpful with many suggestions, and very responsive when we ran into issues (e.g., we could not figure out how to work the washing machine, we needed to turn on the heat). The apartment is on 3 levels with all the bedrooms on the second level, so you needed to be able to do stairs. But the separation of spaces was nice. And the rooftop terrace was appreciated, ever with the cool August weather. The one suggestion I have is to get the front lock demonstration more than once. It was complicated!

Secure, clean and nice view to see the sunset and the ocean. My family and I we had good times expending together in the penthouse. No complaints at all. Owner was attentive day and night. Definitely I'll back !!!

Great place

We had a very pleasant stay at this apartment with its gorgeous ocean views and third floor terrace. We loved the location as it was not in the super touristy section of Miraflores with the added bonus of the melacon right outside the doorstep. The surrounding neighborhood is quite lovely with tiendas, cafes and restaurants galore. The apartment does have some age on it which didn’t bother us at all but if you want something ultra modern and new it may not be to your liking.

Awesome views

The ocean view is pretty awesome. The apartment is spacious, bright and clean, and its rooftop terrace is a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. It is an amazing spot for the location alone: centrally located, walking distance to everything and lots of great restaurants, markets and parks around. Safe building (24h security) and fantastic neighborhood. It was great to get out on foot and explore. Great experience all around. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

" Absolutely, Incredible Views Along With Comfort"

SusyQ, Thanks for your GEM of a property. The view was fantastic. I felt like i was on the ocean The place is so much larger than expected and the roof terrace must be the best view in town!! A beautiful place in a great location

This 3 floor penthouse apartment is located in what I consider the best part of the Miraflores oceanfront. The ocean views are spectacular, it is quiet and safe. Easy taxi drive to downtown Miraflores or Larco Mar. The local seafood restaurants are excellent. The kitchen, dining, and living area are on the first floor, bedrooms on the second. The third level is an open air balcony where I spent much of my time. We stayed 3 weeks.

Gorgeous Miraflores!

A GREAT find! Suzy was SO helpful. Her arranged driver was prompt, friendly and helpful. Navigating the way to Miraflores would have been so difficult without him! The concierge helped us get into the secure building. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck! Loved it!

Overrated

Well the pros and cons. The view on the top of 3 sets of stairs is excellent. The terrace is very nice but you have to climb three sets of stairs to get there. The rest of the unit is very outdated and the location of the building is very loud with constant honking cars and car alarms. We got in the day of at 1am from the airport and Suzy made us pay a full day in cash when we arrived.i have more but out of space.

Special penthouse with outstanding ocean view

Spectacular 4 Bedroom penthouse with Rooftop terrace; the beach is just across the street; very comfortable and clean beds ! Free High speed internet, wifi, fully equipped Kitchen, underground parking. Amenities galore. We stayed at this penthouse a few nights and received excellent service from Susyq. The location is excellent, the Miraflores boardwalk is right outside the front door. Cross the street and you are there. There is a doorman 24/7 to let you in and out of the condo and it felt very safe. It's a good deal, price wise and I wound't hesitate to go back. We would definitely stay here again next time. 100% recommended.

Not as advertised, the host was terrible and locked the bedroom doors after I told her I might have my sister stay with us, told me she can unlock the doors if I paid her outside of the app and then when I did she didn’t even unlock the doors so my sister had to sleep on the couch. Terrible

Excellent penthouse in Lima, Peru

Dear SusyQ, and Candy. What a wonderful lunch and end of my stay here. Review: We had a marvellous time in this spectacular penthouse appartment, during a scientific conference here in Miraflores, Lima, Peru. The appartment is situated overlooking the sea with panorama view and lots of space to enjoy it. We spent some sunny afternoons on the even more spectacular roof terrace with three floors and a bamboo hut on the top. As if that was not enough: Susy Q, fixed me a great Peruvian lunch here in the appartment while I was waiting for the airplane leaving back to Europe. Excellent Miraflores Stay

The penthouse in Lima was a great place to stay with wonderful views of the water and city(especially from the living room and master bedroom). The apartment was clean and spacious and my group felt very safe the entire time The security and cleaning staff was also very nice. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed well equipped with glasses, cups, plates, and bowls.The WiFi worked very well. The apartment itself was not very central to downtown Miraflores but once you learned where things were it was an enjoyable 15 minute walk to get there.. Susy was very helpful in providing information about Lima, Miraflores and organizing taxis for us. She prefers to speak via the phone so don't expect to solely communicate over email. I would recommend to others visiting the Lima area.

Expected more

I have been in this property before. Unfortunately, a few mishaps tainted my otherwise good experience. First the TV in the living room didn't work. They moved the TV from the main bedroom to the living room, and didn't get a replacement until I asked for it. Once the TV was repaired my brother had to help installing the bedroom TV back as the man that was sent didn't have a clue. The washing machine's on button needed a lot of strength to turn it on, and had to rely on the admin to come do the laundry for us, until we managed to find a way to turn it on. These just ruin my stay as dealing with these issues took away time from my stay. Make sure to double check with the owner that everything is in working condition before you arrive.

Absolutely lovely view and the roof terrace were just amazing!!.

The penthouse in Lima was a great place to stay. It was fantastic being right on the water. It had an absolutely lovely view and the roof terrace were just amazing. Seeing the sun set over Lima, listening to the waves and the city noise was a must-do, and it was perfect for inviting people over. The apartment had a nice sofa and dining-table area where we spent most of our time. The master bedroom had an mazing view and was ensuite. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it seemed well equipped with glasses, cups, plates, and bowls. The fridge was large and we made well use of the toaster and water-boiler. And most important for us: the WiFi worked very well. All in all this is an apartment I would recommend to others, both people going for a holiday, and for smaller or large groups going to Lima for meetings/conferences. Susy was very helpful in providing information about Lima, Miraflores and organising an airport taxi for us. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the enjoyable stay at your lovely apartment. Excellent Penthouse & Location, Very good Place to Stay!! in Miraflores

My family and I had a great time staying at Susy's. The place was located in a peaceful and upscale neighborhood. Everything was perfect, it was what we would expect. Clean and large rooms. Modern decor. Good wi-fi with many international channels. The penthouse was very comfortable and relaxing, listening to the ocean was very therapeutic . The building staff gave good service and they made us feel like we were home away from home. The property is close to the center of Miraflores, and is easy to walk around and do some local shopping or just eat at one of many closeby restaurants. The terrace was very large and the view (ocean and city) was spectacular. You can eat and watch the ocean and listen to the crashing waves. The reception staff is friendly and check in was easy . My penthouse key was there at the front desk ready for me. We had a great time in Lima, Peru with SusyQ. She was a wonderful host and her recommendations for things to do and places to eat were very helpful. The location was great as well, really close to the ocean boardwalk as well as the central downtown area of Miraflores. We would definitely stay here again next time. 100% recommended.

Do not rent and here is why!

Regrettably we must add a negative review of what could be a fantastic place. The views are indeed wonderful and every day we greatly enjoyed the opportunity to see the ocean from a vista. However, upon arrival we found the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned - especially the sheets and towels - and we had to do this ourselves. Basic supplies such as toilet paper, sugar, pepper or even cleaning supplies had to be purchased. The fourth bedroom was locked and we did not get access to it for two days. Once again we had to clean ourselves. Finally, when departing after our 8 day rental for our group of 7 we had to call the police in order to obtain our security deposit. A final note worth noting, it's not the owners fault, but there is a building under construction next door which begins their work day by 7:30 am, thus making sleep very difficult. We found it almost impossible to sleep past this time.

Can get somehting better for the price

We were a group of 4 friends staying for a conference in Lima during July. The owners were very responsive during the booking time, providing valuable information and being very kind. When we arrived we were positively impressed by the views and very negatively impressed by the cleaning standard! The apartment was filthy. The kitchen, the living room carpet and the sheets on the beds looked as not having been cleaned for months. We could not even cook as we felt uncomfortable. When we complained they offer to send someone to clean and bring additional clean sheets at an extra cost. We could not believe it, as the standard we got it was far from being acceptable. I personally wrote back to the owner complaining after our return and never received an apology or an explanation. You can definetely get something better for this price or even cheaper (Other friends rented for much less another apartment and it was a 5 start standard)

Propiedad se encuentra en muy mal estado, antes de quedarse aqui por favor veanlo en video/persona

Esta propiedad no es lo que parece en las fotos, la realidad es que es una propiedad muy vieja y que quizá nunca ha tenido mantenimiento desde su construcción por lo que se encuentra en muy mal estado, tiene una humedad tremenda y que nunca se le ha dado algún mantenimiento y huele a guardado y humedo desde que entras a la propiedad, las sabanas del cuarto principal se sentian mojadas y nos la pasamos tociendo toda la noche. Otro problema que encontramos es de que por estar en el ultimo piso, hay mucho viento, las ventanas del cuarto principal no estan completamente selladas y el aire se cuela por los espacio, lo que hace un sonido muy molesto aparte del frio. en nuestra estancia tuvimos una pesima experiencia, la TV de la recamara principal no servia, no dejaron los controles del aire por lo que no teniamos ninguna forma de ventilacion para deshacernos un poco de la humedad y del olor a guardado, El Condo es de 2 pisos y tiene un sistema de internet diferente para cada uno, el de la recamara principal no servia. Hablamos con la dueña para ver si nos podia regresar nuestro dinero dado que tenia todos estos problemas y hablamos reservado mas dias y no quizo aceptar ni apoyarnos con esto, la verdad, una muy mala experiencia, no se lo recomiendo a nadie, si van a quedarse aqui, les recomiendo que primero lo vean y se cercioren bien que esto es lo que quieren, para que no se lleven una terrible sorpresa. Este departamento necesita una renovacion e impermeabilizacion completa.
