Stopped at four different locations along I75 on our way from Michigan to Florida and back. This hotel was by far the best we experienced for a comparable price. We paid $10 for two people for the breakfast but it was well worth the money. Would recommend this hotel for a one night stay or more.

Good morning, I’m writing to share our disappointment with our recent stay at your location on the night of October 9th. To begin on a positive note, the gentleman who checked us in was lovely and welcoming. We inquired about breakfast the next morning and were told it began at 6:30 AM. However, there was no mention that breakfast was not included in our stay, which led to an unexpected charge. As we made our way to the room, we noticed the hallway carpets were heavily stained, giving the impression that there had been quite a party at some point. Unfortunately, the same condition continued into our room, where the carpeting was in such poor shape that we chose to keep our shoes on during our entire stay. In the morning, we found the shower water pressure to be extremely low — significantly weaker than the faucet. After returning from breakfast, we also noticed a questionable spot on the floor near the fireplace wall in the lobby that resembled pet urine, which was concerning. While we tried to make the best of it and even joked about the experience with our kids, it was not the level of cleanliness or comfort we expect, even for a brief overnight stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we would not stay at your location again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to others. Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback. Upon check in front desk attendant was very nice but new...i had to go back down because neither key card would work...the chair in the living area of the sweet had some pretty scary stains on it...the ice bucket had water in it and mold on the lid and rim...the shower had mold around the outside edges of it.

It’s disappointing because the employees really were great, but cleanliness is non-negotiable when it comes to feeling comfortable in a hotel. I hope management takes this seriously, because the team deserves better than to have their excellent service overshadowed by poor housekeeping.
