Staff is very friendly and was always willing to book taxis for us. The homemade and yummy breakfast was a nice touch. The hotel also has a refillable water station on the 4th floor.

Overall enjoyed our stay here. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast included was good and location was great! Front desk staff were okay. Check out process was long. Overall would recommend if looking for an older hotel with character.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Lima. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. This hotel is close to everything. The only drawback is the street noise…starts early morning and ends late at night.

Great downtown location

It was a very nice room, very large, and the bathroom was huge. Lots of hot water, near transit and walking distance to the main downtown squares. There are plenty of taxis, but you need to purchase a card for the bus rapid transit with exact change from machines. The machines do not take credit cards. Breakfast on the 4th floor was good and fast.

Great Budget hotel in the middle of Lima.

Excellent friendly service. Good breakfast with helpful hosts. Smoking floor was safe to let my wife go alone. Baggage storage was helpful whilst we went to Maccu Piccu for a few days. Great price highly recommended.

A good basic hotel in the historic area of Lima. A good sized and clean room. On a main street so rather noisy, but difficult to avoid noise in Lima. A basic but adequate breakfast. Staff were very helpful.

The property is closed by shopping areas, restaurants, cathedral and the main square in Lima. At night could be noisy for the flow of cars in the street, I needed to asked 3 times to receive the VIP amenity.

The property is nice, and staff are good. Keep in mind, it is not located on a calm area, as the surroundings of the building are very noisy. The hotel is kind of controlling to its own guests, as no one is allowed to bring in guests to the room, and must leave the key before leaving.

The night receptionist was awesome. She wax very helpful and friendly when we arrived late and then left early morning for our flight. The room was spacious, and the bed massive - I lost my husband it in! It was very comfortable. Location was central to the historic centre and shops. The only thing missing was tea/ coffee making facilities in the room The fridge also didn't work well. Good value for money.

My 8 days at Diamond Hotel were awesome. Staff is the best. Housekeeper was great. Breakfast wasn’t buffet, but it was good. The cooker was so helpful. One day I went down at 7 am sharp and the waitress was late and he started making my breakfast. The front desk girls were awesome and the person in the night was great also. No complaints. Only compliments.

The hotel is very noisy. There is external noise because of city center. There is also internal noise, there was a “Grrrr” sounds maybe due to electrical applications. However very very noisy rooms. Hidden Gem in the middle of historic center

Check in super fast, comfortable modern rooms, plug for computers and usb (not all Peruvian hotels have this). Good WiFi was able to do conference calls with no problems. Breakfast needs improvement, scrambled eggs, limited assortment of fruits, coffee and bread. Personnel friendly and courteous, VIP wine was a nice touch although had to ask for it. The location can’t be bettter.

Everything was great with the property except the service at breakfast. We were there for 4 days. The first day the service was awful, very slow, and hardly any utensils. I had to butter my toast with a spoon. The second day it was a little bit better, but we didn't get butter and jam. The last two days were about the same. Slow and no butter and jam.
