OUR ON STAFF MANAGER,ANN BELEN,LIVES ON SITE IN THE PRIVATE SERVANT QUARTERS AND WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU AND MAKE YOUR STAY ENJOYABLE. WE ARE ON THE NORTH END OF THE MALECON, WALKING DISTANCE TO LACOMAR,AND KENNEDY PARK. OPTION FOR DAILY CLEANING SERVICE.
THIS HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED AS THE OWNERS DREAM VACATION HOME. ALMOST 4000 SQ FT PENTHOUSE DUPLEX ALL WITH THE BEST OCEAN AND PARK VIEWS . THERE ARE VERY FEW UNITS IN MIRAFLORES THAT CAN COMPARE. OUR ON SITE MANAGER WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION FOR DAILY CLEANING AND TURNDOWN SERVICE.
THIS DUPLEX PENTHOUSE IS LOCATED AT THE NORTH END OF THE MALECON(OCEAN DRIVE) AND IS IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL UPSCALE AREA BUT CLOSE TO ALL THE ACTION. RESTAURANTS SURROUND US AS WELL AS SHOPPING AND PARKS. WE ARE WALKING DISTANCE TO THE FAMOUS LACOMAR MALL AND KENNEDY PARK.
