The room had good shower pressure and consistent hot water. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but there were noticeable issues: the walls were dirty in places, the grout was uneven and exposed, and the floors were not clean enough to comfortably walk barefoot. The walls were very thin, which made outside noise easy to hear, though earplugs were provided. The kitchen was well equipped with essentials such as salt, oils, and utensils, and even included a blender, which was a nice touch, although I didn’t personally use it.

I loved the location ! We were able to walk to shops and dining nearby. The room was also very clean upon arrival. The only thing I would Suggest is an air purifier or filtration system because the air in the apartment was very thick and made it hard to breathe it also contributed to a weird smell ( similar to a humid smell in a tight space)

I loved the easy late night check-in with friendly 24/7 concierge and self-check-in door code. The apartment was the perfect oasis from the city hustle and bustle, while also being close enough to everything. Comfy bed and pillows. Amazingly fast wifi for remote working including video calls and video uploads. The rooftop patio and pool were nice to chill out. I felt safe as a solo female traveller. Communication with Wynwood was easy and frequent. No complaints. Everything was perfect.

Great place to stay

The loft was amazing. Even better than advertised It had everything except a washing machine. However there was a laundry facility downstairs The communication was first class (especially Rodrigo) The location was perfect Lots of traffic noise but I have found that everywhere in Lima I will definitely stay there again

The pool is a cool hang out 2-3 hours before Sunset, check before hand so it’s not booked for a reception . The room I had was immaculate, balcony view and comfortable. The location is known to me 5 Stars

dirty room that smells like an ashtray

I cannot recommend this hotel. The room was filthy and smelled like an ashtray. To cover up the cigarette smells, the staff sprayed copious amount of cheap air deodorizer and made the combined smell unbearable. After back and forth with unresponsive staff, Vanessa, I requested a refund so that I can go rent somewhere else that I can breath in and was refused. Vanessa demanded that I look at another room before they will even consider giya refund. Since it has been a long day after my flight, I felt I had no choice but to comply. I went to look at the alternative and it was a decent room that didn't smelled like cigarettes, so I accepted. After accepting, I noticed that there wasn't any toilet paper and asked if the hotel could provide. The hotel declined my request for toilet paper. Overall, this was my experience with this hotel and their staff -Vanessa.

The worst thing was that the property NEVER contacted me and gave me access to the property! NEVER. I could not access my room and needed to make another reservation and would not return my money. Expedia reached out to the manager who did NOT return their correpondence either. I paid for an apartment I never could access.

Terrible experience

We wouldnt come back here for sure. Smell from cigarettes in the appartment was disgusting, we couldnt wait to leave the place in the morning, but every time after returning the smell was so bad… also bed smell from sewer. Communication with wynwood started with “unfortunately” every time we asked for something - They cant store luggage after check out!! For late check out they wanted to charge us the same ammount as for one more night stay!! Bathroom and shower extremly small you cant move there, no hand soap, only one small bottle of shower gel for 2 persons for 5 nights,… Awful stay in this amazing city. Not comparable with Wynwood properties in Colombia , or even Panama

The place is well located and it is exactly like the pictures show. Know there is no AC and the only ventilation is when the balcony door is open which lets all the Grau Av noise in. Kitchen is basic. A few things were dirty and it needed more cutlery (only 2 forks for e.g) and a corkscrew. No napkins either. If you are staying long time know that you will not have cleaning service included and basic items restocked. The hotel failed to provide detailed information when inquired about providing cleaning services. The shower is uncomfortable to open. But there is hot water. Bed is superb. Pillows are terrible. Hotel was negligent as they didnt inform there wasnt going to be running water one day from 8am -2pm. They should be in contact with building adm and inform guests in time. Worst is they didnt provide a solution in a timely matter. Only when I said I would contact local tourism authorities and file a complaint. Poor, very poor, customer service handling the situation leaving a bitter taste.

No contaban con adaptadores para los enchufes por lo que no pudimos utilizar ningún electrodoméstico porque no podían enchufarse, no pudimos hacer café ni jugo, nos quedamos sin tomar desayuno. Solicitamos adaptador, nos indicaron que iban a facilitarnos uno y nunca llegó. En cuanto a la limpieza y condición del espacio, todo muy bien.
