Shared Pool area is only for 2 people per apartment, Grill (Prior reservation, consult with the Host), gym, 2 garages (only for small cars,NO trucks) and 24-hour permanent security.

Pool: The pool area is only for 2 people per apartment and for a maximum period of 2 hours. (Internal Regulations of the Building)

Grill: It can only be used with a prior reservation and for this you must check availability with the host. If you wish to reserve this area, an additional payment must be made for the administration of the building and the guest is free to use the grill privately for a maximum period of 6 hours.

he rental of the apartment includes only 2 parking spaces for 2 small cars that are not very large or have a grill (large cars or trucks are parked outside the building). The parking lot is in basement 3 and the curves are narrow. It is recommended that you take this detail into account when renting cars.

If you want an Early Check-In / Late Check Out, check availability and additional cost (Depending on availability, the apartment is blocked on the agreed dates).

It is the guest's responsibility to take care of all furniture, bedding, towels and objects in the apartment.

They will have bed linen, body towels and hand towels, as well as personal utensils such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

Pets are allowed.
