"Wonderful Eco-Friendly Stay with Supportive Staff

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and was impressed by the eco-friendly initiatives in place. The manager was incredibly supportive and caring, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The area was also very clean, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a sustainable and enjoyable stay.

Cold water in the morning for shower. Dust all over the handrails on stairs. Carpets dirty. Old, rundown hotel, which needs plenty of updating. No facilties for eating, dining. Overpriced for what you get.

Eldre og elegant hotell, med mye ubrukt potensial

Bildene stemmer bra med hotellets tilstand og samsvarer godt med forventningene. Dessverre var det et par små kakerlakker på badet, sengen var hard, liten og vanskelig å sove to i. Vi er også veldig fasinert over miljøtiltaket om å sette igjen halvfulle toalettruller og såper. Det mest positive var beliggenheten med kort gåavstand til stranden, dagligvarer og taxisentral. Vi er også fornøyde med å ha bodd rimelig, og folkene der var hyggelige. Selv om hotellet er slitt og utdatert, så vil det gjennom ny giv, gnist, ambisjoner og oppussing ha stort potensiale for å komme tilbake til sin storhetstid igjen. Vi tar definitivt med oss minnene fra dette hotelloppholdet😁

La communication avec hôtel.com est à revoir

La piscine devait être ouverte durant notre séjour. Hôtel.com me l'avait confirmé. À notre arrivée, la piscine était fermée. De plus, l'hôtel nous demandait de payer un surplus pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons demandé à l'avoir gratuitement étant donné que nous venions pour la piscine et qu'elle était fermée. Rien à faire, personnel très peu compréhensif. Très mauvaise communication entre hôtel.com et ses hôtels.

Very bad

Stayed there on a cold winter night. The heating in the room wasn't working. There wasn't hot water for a shower. I saw 3 people that night complaining about the heating in their room. Very bad experience
