"Apartment is nice but the area is not ideal and the sliding glass door to balcony on first floor would not lock. Advertised as an Expedia VIP property but did not honor any offered rewards. I cannot affirm room upgrade availability but I only saw one other person at the property and no other cars in the parking lot. That said, the specific perk was listed as free late check out which we chose in order to work remotely. The hotel, via a California US Whatsapp number, instead tried to have us pay for late checkout. When asked about our free VIP perk, they responded "you can speak to Expedia, if they promised you something check with them. late check out with us is with a fee :)" despite our booking showing free late check out and their listing on expedia does not mention a late check out fee. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment. Everything was new and clean, check in & out was smooth and easy. The apartment is a quiet & residential area but beach and all attractions are between 10 to 15 minutes drive away. "
