"Staff were amazing, helping my friend to get to the hotel late at night from the airport when there was a general strike. They really went above and beyond. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Easy walking distance to metro and tram for the city centre."

"My single room was quite basic, but as I used it mainly as a base to explore Naples, that wasn’t a problem. Housekeeping cleaned the room scrupulously each day and replaced the refrigerated bottles of water. The entire hotel looked spotless, and the breakfast spread offered an excellent start to the day. The location is ideal for the airport — just a five-minute walk, though you do need to cross a few busy roads. It’s also convenient for reaching the city centre via the often-crowded Alibus, although squeezing onto it each day did start to feel a bit of a chore after a couple of trips. Next time, I might just take a taxi instead."

"Very convenient to the Naples airport for the reasonable price. The pizza place next to the hotel was great. Such an Italian atmosphere! The only thing I want to mention the problem with the taxi. The front desk booked taxi for us for 4:45 am to go to the airport. The taxi didn’t show up. That’s the company hotel always works with. Maybe they should not. Doesn’t look like reliable company. "
