He also makes himself very approachable so whatever you need, you will get. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. I slept like a baby. "Room was modern and well equipped albeit the shower area was closed off (sealed when glass door was shut), leading to strong musky and mildewy smell in the shower. Location was great. Staff were average - not super helpful but quite professional. All in all convenient place for a short stay in Milan."

"I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Although it keeps an air of an old grand dame of the 1950s (decor), it has very contemporary touches (A/C, ceiling fan, complimentary bathrobes and slippers, kettle) and is very clean. The breakfast is generous and varied. The staff are all multilingual, very kind and helpful. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located just a block and a half from Milano Centrale train station. I completely recommend it."
