There is also no closet (only an open "wardrobe" in a kind of storage room), there is only one small side table, only one bedside table and generally no bedside lamps, no hairdryer in the bathroom. "Superb new flat but poor without no milk or microwave - not everyone in the world drinks black coffee! Superb hotel and treatments but poor service upfront in the email on line booking - fortunately on arrival by having to escalate everything we got our special meal and spa -but don't know why the "total guest service" agents failed before then by neither responding nor booking what we asked for"

"Wonderful place to stay while getting oriented to the city. Everyone was very nice and helpful, and our family of four felt comfortable and at home. Location is perfect—train station and restaurants right nearby; easy walk to city center—and the hostel itself has plenty of pleasant spaces to land Definitely a lot of stairs (on the steep/short tread depth side), which caught us off-guard with heavy luggage, but we managed and it was definitely worth it. Accessibility issues could be challenging at other times."

"Ok. This is a very nice hotel maybe the best that I have personally stayed at while in Europe. I had a spacious room a refrigerator, nice comfy bed. There were Amenities to spare. Nice pool nice work out facility great restaurants and some other fun things for adults to do. It is highly recommended and if I came to Eindhoven this is absolutely one place I would stay. The other place would be the other Van Der Valk property in the area."
