Not clean , very bad breackfast , no lift to the sixth floor, You can't even find the very basic stuff like shampoo and sleepers The only good thing was that the reception staff were friendly !

We loved our stay at the Normandy Hotel! The location is fantastic, perfect if you want to be close to the Louvre, Rue Saint-Honoré, the Opéra area, and many of Paris’s main attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The rooms are on the smaller side, but there were two of us in the room and we fit comfortably. If you have the option to book one of the larger rooms, I think it would definitely be worth it. Having the taqueria and the crêpe place right at the hotel was also incredibly convenient and worked wonderfully for a quick and easy meal. And I have to mention the bed, the mattress was AMAZING! Honestly, one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. After walking around Paris all day, it was heaven!

- Worn carpets in superior room - Dated decor - Does not live up to its 4 star rating - Quiet location - Needs a full refurbishment and it could be a lovely place - Would I stay here again? No

Reserve la transportación del aeropuerto al hotel con ellos mismos a pesar de costar 150€ màs caro que uber, cuando llegamos el chofer no estaba ahí, tuvieron que localizarlo, el aire acondicionado del vehículo no servía; el chofer muy amable pero manejaba terrible Cuando hicimos el check-in nos dieron un “upgrade” (después entendí porque); Resulta que el hotel cortó la electricidad de 1:00 a 5:00 am, sin aire acondicionado, sin luz, sin poder cargar teléfonos, con lámparas para ir al baño, pésimo para los màs de 3000€ que pague por una noche. Que decepción, que engaño Me hubiera ido al RITZ como siempre lo hemos hecho

Staying at 1K Paris was a breeze. We arrived to a welcoming and accommodative atmosphere. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The AC was working well so we had a great sleep during the heat wave. I love the interior design of the room, exactly what I envisioned and wanted. Location was great. Central and close to all major attractions.
