Loved having the kitchenette. Staff was very pleasant and quick to bring things to the room if we needed them. Had an issue with our cooktop and someone was there within 10 min. Bathroom was large and very clean.

Castletroy Park & Suites was lovely, had friendly and helpful staff and were very welcoming. Their breakfast buffet was quite good for a routine hotel breakfast. Their lunch and dinner dining was adequate but not spectacular. The room was comfortable and had a nice little kitchenette.

We were placed in suites that were unfinished. Missing baseboards, supply rooms with locks drilled out, no elevator. Our first set of rooms had dirty showers, and we had to request to be moved.

The room we had Suite 05 was very nice, but it smelled like wet carpet or old tennis shoes as my husband said. Interestingly, there was a permanent sign in the room asking guests to leave the window open upon departure for fresh air. Also, the outside security door to the suites was broken given anyone access to the hallway corridors. Small item - the shampoo bottle in the shower could not be pressed down or top taken off so useless. We reported all to management.

I like the bar in the hotel food was good, cappuccinos are beautiful. The suites is where I stayed very spacious, king bed was uncomfortable. Mold in the bathroom, leaking shower hose. Broken toilet paper holder. Kitchenette was nice maybe descale the kettle. I didn’t complain I was only there for 4 nights. The saff are very nice.

My husband and I stayed in one of their suites for just the one night. It was very spacious and handy to have a kitchenette. The king bed was sooo comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with great variety. Wish I could have stayed longer

Stayed in suite but sadly my car was vandalised in the hotel car park which put a bad end to my stay. Significant damage costing £1750 worth of damage to mirrors lights etc. the changing rooms at pool are old fashioned and need some tlc. Food is average. Buffet breakfast was barely warm! Air con unit dripped water all night n the suite! However the suites are massive. Nice and clean.

Quiet, comfortable stay in classy Castletroy Suite

I had a lovely 2-night stay in one of the beautiful Castletroy Hotel suites. Very quiet & comfortable suite which contributed to sleeping soundly. Kitchenette well stocked with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc. would highly recommend.
