Traveled with Family from South Carolina to Greenville, TN, for a College Tour. The Hotel greeting staff was extremely friendly and our room was very nice and clean. The morning breakfast was great! I highly recommend it if you are ever in this neck of the woods.

Convenience and cleanliness

Very peaceful and relaxing property. I love the view from the loft. You can watch the sun rise straight from your bed. There is a very neat mediation point just steps from the cabin. Great for prayer and a quiet moment with God. The view of the river is gorgeous too and can be seen from loft and back porch area which has two rocking chairs and an area to make a fire.

I chose this hotel while interviewing at ETSU and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room clean, and the hotel quiet. We chose a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was a great way to relax after a long and exhausting day. The hotel is located close to many great restaurants and stores, so there are plenty of options to explore. The pillows were a little uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own, but otherwise a great stay!

A Great Easy Location to get to & from to all of the eating establishments & attractions in the area. Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by a wonderful staffer, she made me feel welcome & offered any assistance during my Stay; later she gave me Fabulous Directions to the Conference I was attending + gave me a tasty menu recommendation when she gave me additional driving directions to meet friends for Dinner; she also directed me to the Airport the evening before I checked out. Our stay for 2 nights was heaven. The beds were like sleeping on a marshmallow. Just the right softness and I had no problem sleeping that night. We found everything so clean and inviting. It was a little outdated. The couch was low and so was the chair. I am handicapped and I had to be helped off the couch. It was uncomfortable also. The bathroom needs some sort of heavy glass. Hotel is very nice and staff could not be more attentive.Can't beat the location for ease off transportation in all directions to VA,to I-81,to Bristol or Johnson City.Stay at various places in the area but because of VALUE,will be a regular repeat customer.

The room had a musty smell. The staff was friendly and the building is beautiful.

I have stayed here many times and the staff is always excellent. The room is great for the price! Never had an issue!

Granddaughters enjoyed the pool. Hotel was located in a good area to enjoy the city. Will return on our next trip.

Mountain Inn & Suites is a nice little hotel in Erwin TN. The same Erwin TN that just got wiped out from hurricane Helene flooding. Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund even though they have received photos of the entire hotel in shambles with nothing but piles of debris all around it. They are not and were not open. I could not call the hotel and reschedule. But Hotels.com says they cannot refund me even though the hotel was closed and halfway underwater. Hotels.com is a complete scam. I would...
