"Front desk staff was very helpful and cordial. They always greeted us when we came in or left the hotel. Was disappointing they had changed their complimentary breakfast to a paid breakfast from when we made the reservation. We opted to eat out instead. Otherwise the accommodations were great. Bed was comfortable and room was quite clean. They could use new windows in rooms. They were cloudy/white. Didn’t affect the stay, but was unappealing to me when we first drove up and I noticed multiple windows were that way. I was wondering what the rooms would be like given that first impression. However, the rooms were quite nice like I said. We would stay again."

"Called the hotel the day before to see if we could get early check in, spoke with Araceli who told me to call back tomorrow.. called the morning of our arrival at 8am and spoke with Araceli again, said she’d check with housekeeping and call me back. We arrived at 11:15am and she never once mentioned that we spoke 2 days in a row,she then told Me to have a seat and she’ll look into it! 20 minutes later our room was ready for an extra $25 to check in early. The next morning ( I didn’t get her name) was cleaning up the breakfast area, never made eye contact or said good morning, looked like she had rollers in her hair still! We were the only people in the area. While the room was clean, the front desk staff was more than unfriendly and unhelpful!"

"We had an 8 hour drive from KCMO & went to attend a ceremony honoring our son SFC Cody Cosner at the "Forgotten Warrior Memorial". When we arrived the lights were on & the home was clean & comfy. After the long drive & emotionally draining day, it was a perfect place to rest our tired bones. The owner has really made every effort to welcome you with little treats & a kitchen that had more than any ABNB I've stayed at. Communication was prompt & everything looked just like the pictures. Also pet friendly & accommodating. Thank you!"
