Its location is also ideal, roughly halfway between Elafonissi Beach and the Balos Lagoon, making it a great base for exploring both. Our room was a wonderful cottage, full of character and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. "Had a fantastic stay there! Would absolutely return. The staff were friendly and helpful, food was top notch and the buffet was quality eith different theme nights and never the same. Lots of kids options too! I was so impressed with the options. We were eating lamb chops and swordfish, which I would not expect on an all inclusive buffet. The room was fantastic and really spacious....more like a suite. The beds were a bit hard though and the bath didn't work properly but was grateful to have a bath tub. The only downside was the kids club was not much fun and there was only one night of entertainment so the only real fun stuff for my toddler was the kids pool, which ahe loved and was fantastic. Everything was very clean and overall well maintained."

"We had a wonderful week. The pools were great and the children loved the waterpark. There are 3 different properties and you can use the different pools across all the properties. The buffet food was actually very good and there was good variety. Many options to keep the kids entertained. The only thing I didn’t like was the beach because it has lots of pebbles and my feet hurt when trying to walk on them, even inside the water. However we drove to other amazing beaches on the island so we didn’t case much about the beach at the hotel"

"It was an amazing experience at the resort. The food was excellent, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool area and beach. A few small improvements would make the experience even more consistent with a five-star hotel: adding extra towel or robe hooks in the shower area, installing a hygienic shower in the bathroom, and providing a capsule coffee machine in the room. The location is also very convenient—just a short taxi or bus ride from Platania, with many restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!"

"Booked 1 room with another family with 9 of us at the property. We had also rented cars and drove to the hotel. Great access for free parking. The room was split over 2 levels that the boys enjoyed. The room was very clean. The breakfast selection was significant to choose from and the Italian restaurant was really great. The hotel gave direct access to the beach and great spot for sunset pictures!"

"absolutely brilliant. In a big hot spot area of Platanias with a bust beach and restaurant area. Don’t listen to any of the negative reviews. The place was spotless, ability to stream your netflix and youtube. Great deck, giant bathroom and the breakfast was incredible and delicious!! If they had a pool area near jacuzzi it would be absolutely top notch! What a great gem to stumble upon! Staff exceptionally friendly and they actually knew they were a VIP access hotel. Most don’t or don’t care! Thank you! Keep it up!"
