"They are crazy, the room has an aircondition and the guy i talked to the phone was asking me for an extra fee for giving me the controler to operate it, this is an insane. Also there was a television not working. Generally the room is okay for few days and the outdoor space is nice, with cats everywhere"

"We had an amazing, relaxing time at the hotel.
The staff were polite and helpful.
The buggy service up and down the hill was great (it's a steep walk in the heat!) and responsive. We can recommend using their shuttle service from the airport and back.
The food was great, and the breakfast selection was brilliant. As a vegetarian, there were plenty of choices on the menu at dinner as well.
We had a room with a private pool with a fantastic view. It was slightly overlooked by other rooms above, but not a deal breaker.
The only area for improvement we'd suggest is decent coffee for the room, rather than Nescafé packets. Perhaps a small coffee pod machine.
We hope to come back in the future and can highly recommend the White Rock of Kos."

"My honest review was my stay was pleasant but that's all i can say really. The staff were friendly but at time i received a lack of desire to help, especially with transport to and from the airport. Once i did book my own private transfer they tried to charge me, I had to let them know that i had already pre paid for the ride.
The room was also decent but not great, wasn't a beach front hotel and there may be a ant problem. There was too many crawling within our bathroom area and by our front door.
Food was okay too, a good selection and varied day to day. overall a pleasant experience but i wouldn't go back and nor would i say it's a 4 star defiantly a 3 star at most. "
