"A fabulous concept, to revitalize an entire village! All was beautifully realized, including the spa facilities. There was much of interest to see in the area, including the important UNESCO World Heritage site monasteries adjacent. The staff was incomparable. We hope to visit again soon!!!!"

"The property is in a lovely location, the pool and the beach access were used daily. We stayed as a large family group and there was plenty of space for us to be together as a group and also to have individual time/down time to relax as well. The local businesses were great and we made good use of the restaurants, bars and shops and everyone we met was so friendly and nice. "

"Villa Triteos in Peristerona is wonderfully situated on the edge of the quiet rural village. This is the 10th villa in Cyprus where we have stayed over recent years and is easily the villa we have most enjoyed. The garden is both attractive and the trees provide welcome shade from the hot Cyprus sun. The pool is great with large Roman steps for easy access. At the bottom of the garden there is a barbecue with adjacent food preparation area and a large sink.The villa is a traditional Cypriot house, which was built by the owners. The rooms are comfortable and easy to keep cool without the need for air conditioning.The owner, Debbie, is a lovely and warmly welcoming host, who made us feel at home. Communication both with Debbie and the rental company was good, with all the information we needed.While as regular visitors to Cyprus we don't eat out much, there are many excellent restaurants within a short drive.There is a great road to Polis (10km), which has banks, supermarkets and restaurants, and from Polis, it is a short drive to Latchi, where you can rent boats.We certainly plan to return to this, my first choice villa, which I recommend without hesitation.A car is a must for this villa."

"Absolutely loved Villa Leni - my wife and I are regular visitors to Cyprus and this is by far the nicest villa we’ve stayed in. The location is superb and provided spectacular views across Chrysochou Bay, with the sound of the sea never far away. It’s private and tranquil so we really enjoyed switching off and recharging ourselves there. The villa itself is immaculate inside and out - from the spacious and generous living area with panoramic views to the incredible outdoor space which had everything we needed to fully relax and unwind. There’s fixed umbrella providing shade for anyone who needs it and for sun worshippers it’s perfect due to the pool area getting sun all day till the most beautiful sunsets. The bedrooms are large and have plenty of storage space, with the two upstairs front bedrooms having balconies and seating to enjoy even more of the views! You can dine inside or out (and it’s Cyprus so outside!) at a selection of great sized tables which would be terrific for larger groups to enjoy at night. The pool is one depth throughout and thanks to the ever present sun it was actually really warm - which not all outdoor pools are, even in Cyprus! Special mention to Steven and Maria for thinking of absolutely everything - Steven’s communication before arrival was spot on and his knowledge of the area and things like car hire really helped us out as we got a great deal! And Maria was so welcoming - the apple pie is rightfully legendary! Highly recommended!"

"An excellent unspoiled part of Cyprus. Great value for money. Immaculately clean. Relaxed location. Friendly and fun Café bar across the road. Make sure you bring plenty of mosquito repellent. The Gardner needs to work a little bit harder and it would be absolutely perfect if there was better access to the beach."

"We really had an amazing time while staying at the property. Kitchen had everything we needed, the bedroom window opened to the seaside so we could sleep and wake up to the sounds of the sea. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee while sitting on the bench by the sea and listening to the crushing waves. Very romantic place! The host was very welcoming and helpful, there was a little water leak in the bathroom and the plumber turned up swiftly and fixed it. The sunsets are absolutely amazing, we made sure we were on the terrace before it to catch the most amazing views!"
