Convenient stopover with a good breakfast

Very close to the motorway but our rooms had no traffic noise. A 15 minute drive into the town centre. Ideally situated as a stopover. A good selection at breakfast.

Good hotel

There was a discrepancy in the cost of an animal. Hotels.com site states an animal is €5 per night. But I was charged €10 for the night. When challenged, I was told €10 was correct and they would not give me the price quoted on Hotels.com. This discrepancy needs clarification. Good hotel. Given a downstairs room as requested. Room was very small, but well equipped.

One for night is OK

Dinner was cold and the rice was totally overcooked. The other service was friendly and helpful. The beds are worn out and the rooms are relatively poorly soundproofed (highway is audible) and getting old.

Not up to standard

This IBIS is in a good place but for some reason is not being run properly. It only had one member of front desk staff also doing bar and food service who seemed not to be used to customer service, especially being dressed in a hoody and cargo pants. There were no lights on so not welcoming at all. In the middle of the night ( 1am) guests turned up and were noisy next to our room, why were they not put away from everyone else?. We will sadly not return here for the price paid.

Poor customer service, could be cleaner.

Stayed here as we were visiting Oradour sur Glane. Was feeling hopeful before arrival as we received an email saying our room was ready and we were invited to enjoy food and drink at the hotel. On arrival the front desk agent was on the phone. Two other staff by embers could be heard laughing and chatting in back office. One came out and said hello but went back to office again. The girl that checked us in seemed quite timid. Conversation was minimal. Room was ok, very hot. I was delighted to see we had a bath so after walking miles around France and Spain for the last month, thought I would treat myself to a bath. No plug however. My husband went down and spoke to all three staff members who discussed our request for a plug. One said she would bring one up in 10 mins. I sat half naked for forty minutes. Nobody came with a plug, or to say they couldn’t find one. Whilst sat waiting I found two fingernails on the floor down the side of the bed. Anyway had a shower instead. Needed some water so my husband went down to see if any vending machines. Two of the staff members were sat having a drink together in bar. No mention of the plug and didn’t ask if he needed any help either. Bedroom doors slam so if you get a neighbour like ours who likes to go in and out every five minutes after midnight you won’t get any sleep. On check out I was faced with a young man, yawning and stretching who looked like he had just woken up. Staff have no interest here. Definitely would not return

Très agréablement surprise de la qualité de l'accueil de cet hôtel. J'ai tout particulièrement apprécié la mise à disposition d'un chariot pour transporter les bagages, le côté très convivial de l'hôtel et la diversité de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Mon petit fils de 9 ans a également adoré.

Très bon accueil à notre arrivée . Néanmoins étant arrivés à 2 heures du matin, nous sommes assez déçus du réveil que nous avons eu. La femme de ménage a tambouriné à notre chambre à 8h15, ouvert notre porte , puis est repartie sans même une excuse … Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité, dommahe que le grille pain était HS

decus par rapport à d’habitude

la climatisation ne marchait pas 26 degrés dans la chambre et ouvrir la fenetre la nuit pour avoir du frais amenait un bruit infernal de l’autoroute qui est a moins de 50m et l’eclairage urbain dans la chambre tres déçu par rapport à d’habitude ou nous passons un excellent sejour d’etape (2x par ans)

Geste commerciale !

Nous pouvons tous faire une erreur, mon collègue et mois devions rester deux jours, et nous avons réservé pour ma part deux nuits, et mon collègue a réservé deux nuits pour lui et deux nuits pour moi.... Nous avons demandé a annulé a notre arrivée la chambre en trop. Impossible la règle c'est la règle ! on a même payé le petit déjeuner de la chambre vide .... Aucun geste commercial même avec notre carte accord, même avec une nuit par semaine au minimum dans le groupe ! Honteux, et pour la charge de la voiture, la demoiselle nous à dis d'aller dans un autre hotel, ou sur une aire de repos plus loin

Réservé juste pour une nuit. Personnel accueillant et agréable, petit déj sympa même si la configuration du restaurant est alambiquée. Pas trop bruyant même si près de l'autoroute. SDB vieillotte et petite C'est le rapport prix/prestation qui déçoit. d'autres IBIS sont mieux pour le même tarif?
