"Great communication with the owner and the property is very close to the city centre, which is a big plus. The living room was nice, and overall the place has potential. The property is a little bit outdated — it looks more modern in the photos. A more thorough clean (dust and spider webs) would also improve the experience, although this wasn’t a major issue.The main problem we had was the smell of dampness.
