Great location for exploring. Busy in August during the day but lovely to be in Limone when the ferries stop and it’s quieter. Room was spacious in the annex with a lovely view of the lake. Very clean and staff were very helpful

We loved our stay at the hotel and hope to return soon. The room had stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. In itself was equipped with everything you could need, the walk in wardrobe and bathroom were particularly impressive. The purple walls weren't to my taste. There didn't seem to be an obvious place to plug the kettle in

Der Pool und die Lage waren wunderbar. Mitten in der Innenstadt am Hafen. Da wir im Nebengebäude waren, war das Zimmer sehr klein. Wobei es ausreichend war. Leider war es sehr früh schon recht laut.

Buongiorno Ieri ho inviato 3 messaggi attraverso il vostro portale all'hotel a causa di problemi di stomaco, chiedendo la cancellazione da parte dell'hotel. Inoltre, con questi inconvenienti il lago era molto ventoso, anche la nostra uscita è stata sospesa a causa del maltempo... Non ho avuto risposta, quindi ritengo ingiusto addebitare in questa situazione presentata in anticipo l'uso dell'hotel... grazie per essere stato in grado di gestire la cancellazione o l'inversione della tassa Sono attento al vostro sostegno per continuare a essere un cliente. Mentre viaggiavo attraverso Booking da anni, ho trovato opzioni migliori attraverso di voi e questo è il motivo delle mie ultime prenotazioni. Grazie Patrio Menesi

Adoramos absolutamente tudo!

Adoramos absolutamente tudo! Desde a localização em frente ao lago, muito próxima do lugar onde chegamos de barco, passando pelo quarto com varanda e vista perfeita, e o café da manhã com tantas opções que teríamos que ficar pelo menos uns 5 dias para provar tudo!! Jantamos no restaurante do hotel, na primeira noite um tagliatelle con funghi porcini dos Deuses, na segunda noite uma pizza con Burrata maravilhosa. Se voltarmos a Limone ficaremos no mesmo hotel e no mesmo quarto!!!

Very nice place to stay and close to the small vila with a lots of options to eat, right in front of the ferry boat. My only constructive feedback is about the mattress, they are quite hard for me.

The view was what made it!

Hotel has an excellent location right on the lake side in the old town. The shuttle service from the upper car park worked well and was an experience due to the golf buggy going right through the narrow streets. The reception and the actual hotel has a strange arrangement. You book in at one place and then walk through the restaurant area and up to your room If in the front annex. The room was modern and comfortable but needed a little bit of tlc paint wise. The view however from our balcony was to die for. We watched all the ferries coming into dock and all the day trippers coming and going. Limone Sul Garda is a tourist magnet but much more tranquil in the evening. Breakfast compared to other hotels we stayed in was 5 out of 10. Limited seating on the front terrace and a bit cramped. It a lot of personal feel to the place. We felt very young due to the clientele!

Fint rum, modernt. Rent rum. Mycket hundvänligt, vovve fick gott, reseskål, Bajspåsar. Alla personal var super trevlig. Bra läge till centrum och båten. Bra frukost med massa olika gott att välja på, dock kändes kl 10 som sista rid att äta frukost lite snålt, man är ändå ure rätt sent på kvällar då det är varmt. Enda att klaga på svar att restaurangen var väldigt högljudd, inte speciellt avkopplande, glad att vi inte hade rum med balkong som isf hade legat ovan restaurangen.

Die Unterlunft ist sehr gut in der Stadt Limone gelegen, direkt an der Bootsstation. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig und der Pool war bis auf die sich lösenden Mosaikfliesen sauber und erfrischend. Lediglich die Parkplatzsituation ist extrem anstrengend. Wir haben eine volle Stunde gebraucht um unser Auto zu verparken. Dazu kam dass die Dame an der Rezeption des Partnerhotels (dort befindet sich die Tiefgarage) auch noch sehr unfreundlich war. Dafür war die Rezeptionsdame unseres Hotels sehr nett und freundlich

We were lucky to read a previous review which explained that parking was offsite then you are driven to hotel by their staff. So we were prepared where to go. We went with our Son, daughter in law and two young Grandchildren. With luggage and double stroller and they were able to bring us all in one trip. The staff were all so helpful. The hotel and view were beautiful . The breakfast was great. We will definitely plan another visit.

Hotel ohne Zufahrt

Ich finde es sehr befremdend dass uns weder vom Hotel noch von hotels.com vor der Anreise mitgeteilt wurde dass es KEINE Zufahrt zum Hotel gibt. Das Auto muss bei einem anderen Hotel in 1Km Entfernung parkiert werden und man wird dann von einem Ekektroauto abgeholt. Dieser Service ist ja voll ok, aber man sollte es VORHER wissen, bevor man stundenlang die Hotelzufahrt sucht! Das Zimmer war in einem Nebengebäude, es war geräumig und sauber, aber fast ohne Tageslicht, weil der Balkon quasi direkt an einen Felsen gebaut war. Überhaupt war der Balkon völlig unbrauchbar. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und man hörte während der ganzen Nacht Geräusche vom Treppenhaus. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Auch das Personal an der Reception war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotzdem würde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen. Eine Nacht genügt.
