Excellent breakfast buffet spread. For lunch and dinner the many nearby restaurants offer a better and more varied choice. Be sure to take an Italian adapter plug with you.

This property needs upgrading. Room furnishing is outdated. Breakfast included but not impressed at all. The parking garage is a joke. If you drive a mid size car, good luck to your parking skill. We also asked to change our room which is close to the noisy pool and the AC seemed not working properly. We were asked to pay extra 45 euro per night. We stayed for two nights. Ripped off. Bathroom condition is disgusting, my wife hesitated to go in the shower barefoot. Rust and dirt inside the shower, I will not recommend anyone to stay here,

Leider eine herbe Enttäuschung – vor allem für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. Wir haben uns auf unseren Aufenthalt im Hotel Alexander gefreut, wurden aber massiv enttäuscht. Das angebliche Zimmer mit Seeblick bot lediglich Blick auf eine Garageneinfahrt. Auf der Terrasse gab es keinerlei Privatsphäre – am Abend stand sogar ein fremder Hotelgast direkt vor unserem Zimmer. Die Zimmerausstattung war inakzeptabel für ein Haus dieser Kategorie: Aus der Toilette trat Wasser aus, die Duschabdichtung war verschmutzt – insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen ungepflegten und abgewohnten Eindruck. Obwohl wir unsere Beanstandungen sofort an der Rezeption gemeldet haben, wurde uns keine angemessene Lösung angeboten. Das Hotel war angeblich ausgebucht, ein Upgrade wurde abgelehnt, Kulanz gab es keine. Wir sind deshalb vorzeitig abgereist – und sollen dennoch zwei Nächte voll bezahlen, die wir gar nicht mehr genutzt haben. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und bemühte Personal an der Rezeption – leider aber ohne Befugnis, wirklich zu helfen. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel absolut enttäuschend. Wir können dieses Haus nicht empfehlen.

Hotel 4 stelle superior: solo sulla scritta all’esterno dell’hotel. Arredamento vecchio, terrazzo all’esterno della camera con tappeto di erba sintetica, piscina esterna sporca, le piante all’esterno in stato di abbandono, colazione al buffet senza attenzione all’igiene. Va bene per un soggiorno toccata e fuga….non per rimanerci una settimana. Rapporto qualità/prezzo : negativo.

Toplocatie met zwembad. Kamer erg ruim, maar gedateerd. Personeel aan de receptie erg vriendelijk, in het restaurant niet. Ontbijt maar tot 9.30 uur. Veel herrie vroeg in de ochtend van schoonmakers en de tweede ochtend iemand met een hogedruk reiniger. Ontbijt oke, maar erg rommelig.

Ett trevligt hotell i mysig by. Enda dåliga var att rummet var stort utan avgränsat badrum och att man fick dela terrass med alla andra rum.

Zwar in die Jahre gekommene Anlage aber die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Pool sollte mal repariert werden und auch mal richtig gereinigt werden ( Fliesen, Überlaufrinne ...) Das Frühstück war ok ,aber schade das Abends nur Pizzen im Angebot waren ,weil anscheinend kein Koch da war.

Die Unterkunft war gut. Gute Parkplätze durch Tiefgarage. Zur Riva sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Alles sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Würden es jederzeit wieder buchen

Fantastisk udsigt og beliggenhed.

Vi havde bestilt et værelse med Sø-udsigt. Det skulle man dog stå på tæer for at se. Vi kommenterede det i receptionen og fik straks et rum med fantastisk udsigt. Der er en fin restaurant på hotellet, morgenmaden er dog gennemsnitlig. Der er kun få minutters gang til midtbyen, alverdens restauranter og til både, der sejler bl.a. til Malcesine.

Buon soggiorno

Reception gentile e disponibile, all'arrivo ci comunicano upgrade di camera a cat. Superior. La struttura è in linea con gli standard attesi della categoria, l'area relax e ben disposta e organizzata, la vasca idro davvero efficiente, idem sauna e bagno turco. Peccato che non ci sia una teiera o qualche frutto giusto per rendere il momento relax piu piacevole. Nel complesso giudizio positivo. L'unico aspetto k lascia qlc punto di domanda e relativo ad alcuni dettagli relativi agli spazi adibiti a deposito delle attrezzature e materiali di ricambio (asciugamani/lenzuola) k vengono lasciati a vista integrale. Insomma non e il max vedere a tutte le ore all'uscita dall'ascensore i carrelli con i ricambi delle camere accatastati dietro una paratia k non assolve alla propria funzione nemmeno per un centimetro... per il resto ok! Da migliorare il servizio al ristorante, si suppone legato alla scarsita di personale momentanea rispetto alla contingenza specifica, bravo il cuoco per qualita del fritto misto e tempi di cottura.
