"The location of this hotel is very good and convenient for getting around the city. However, the room was a bit small. My main concern was the air conditioning. During our stay, the weather was very hot, but the air conditioning in our room was very weak and did not cool the room properly. We reported this to the reception, but were told that the system was less effective because many guests were using it at the same time. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved, and we felt quite uncomfortable during the nights because of the heat. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I expected reliable air conditioning, so this was particularly disappointing. Considering the price we paid, I expected a more comfortable experience. In addition, the hair dryer provided in the room was not clean. While the location is a strong point, the poor air conditioning significantly affected our stay."
