    Welcome to Dock of the Bay #105 located in the historic Taft District of Lincoln City! You'll have an amazing front row seat to the Siletz Bay and the Pacific Ocean from this first floor condo along with close beach access. Stay during the Fourth of July and you won't even need to leave your condo to watch the beautiful fireworks! With one bedroom and one bathroom, up to five guests can comfortably sleep at this vacation rental. The bedroom offers a Queen size bed, queen sleeper sofa, and twin rollaway for guest use in the unit. This home is perfect for a family of five who are just looking for a weekend getaway to the beach! Step outside and you'll find yourself on your own private deck with close beach access just a few strides away! You'll also have plenty to do while staying in this part of town, including visiting Mo's Restaurant, famous for their clam chowder, and Highway 101 Burger, a delicious burger joint right off of Highway 101. You can even whip up your own meal right inside in the kitchen with ingredients you can find at the IGA, just a short walk down the street, also right off of Highway 101. If you're looking for a creative craft project, check out the two glass blowing shops right off of Highway 101 where you can blow your own glass keepsake. Great Location and Stay!

We love being right by the water and this was perfect for us. It is any easy walk to the beach and Mo's. If you are a rock hound, Siletz Bay is the place to be. The building is older but a nice place to stay. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked. Thing only item we forgot to bring was a hair dryer since we are used to one being provided.

Could use work

Great location with bay views! The listing is misleading in that it states its a two bedroom, but it is only a one bedroom with a hideabed in the living room and an extra cot, though there is little room for that. The carpet is old and dirty, and we felt we needed to wear socks and/or shoes while inside. Well stocked with kitchen items which made cooking easy and comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As usual had a great stay at Dock of the Bay, almost everything was great. Only issue we had was with the bed, very uncomfortable, (hard)! We've stayed at Dock of the Bay many times but not in this unit. Location, price, excellent!

Awesome location

This condo faces Siltez Bay and is just down the road from the Pier and MO’s restaurant. Amenities include a designated covered parking space, wheelchair height counters, and standard wood fireplace. The owner was flexible. We had to change our visit dates and the process was smooth and quick.

Not good

No batteries in the remotes, couldn’t cook cuz vent on countertop not working this was suppose to be a Christmas dinner, that never happened because of inoperable equipment!!living room is extremely loud with fireplace open vent, will not stay here again, I should be refunded at least part of my money, will be more careful on who we book with next time.

Sister Getaway

Property was listed as a 2 bdrm, it is a 1 bdrm. The apt. was dirty and smelled. The hideabed in the living room was dirty and uncomfortable. The blankets and sheets were musty and smelled. The bathroom was dirty. The TV in the living room is chained to the wall and at a weird angle. The TV in the bdrm was the size of a small laptop. I contacted the property through email the week before with concerns about the property only being a 1 bdrm and had no response. We decided to stay anyway or lose our money. The apt. is in need of an upgrade or lower the price!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was not clean.... tidy but not clean. There was a roofing/ deck project going on that started with the pounding at 7am and they worked till 8pm. We had trouble turning on the TV... the service tried to walk me thru the steps but to no avail as it still didn't work. She sounded like I was such a bother. Told me someone would contact me but they never did.

The property has an amazing view and beach access. We loved watching Seals play in the cove. Great price for the location!

Fun at Lincoln City

We enjoyed our stay here.. The room was right on the harbor with lots of wildlife to see from the room.. The beach was easy to access as was restaurants and grocery store.. I would be happy to stay here again. The condo was well supplied and very clean and covered parking.

Won't stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the floors, chairs and sofa were dirty. We had to vaccum. The fan on the stove didn't work and when we went to use the cutting board there were crumbs all over. Would not stay there again.

Pros: excellent location Cons: It is quite weary. There were stains on drapes and carpet. When we tried to use a vacuum, it produced a cloud of dust. Some drawers are oily and crooked. The burner is also crooked so when frying there is an angle. Everything is very small, even with my 5”1 I felt that I’m a dwarf’s house (fridge, vanity, tables). My husband could reach the ceiling. It is the first floor so someone was stomping on our head all the time. Heating is only in the bedroom and old. So if you turn it on, there is no air left, but another room still stays cold.

Reviewer Comments: Nice selection of dishes and pots and pans although the cookie sheets and pizza pans look pretty ratty (it’s like they were picked up at Goodwill). Refrigerator was great—seemed relatively new) and microwave worked great. Oven worked well. Furniture was comfortable. Baseboards need cleaning throughout condo.Need to clean the bathroom tile/linoleum with a brush (dirt spots in the spaces between the blocks), in the corners of the floor by the tub and around the toilet and the kitchen floor. Toilet does not flush very well — even after using the plunger (thanks for having a plunger available). Whole unit needs painting.Refrigerator was great (seemed relatively new) and microwave worked great. Oven worked well. Furniture was comfortable. Baseboards need cleaning throughout condo. Would be nice to have the TV on the left side of the bar as you are limited to where you can see it. Cupboards and drawers don’t all close right. Spots on carpet need cleaning. Post updates on web site when upgrades are made. Pictures on the web site are deceiving—not as pretty. Missing items: Kleenex, manual can opener, list of TV channels, dust ruffle for bed or a larger comforter (didn’t look very nice with the mattress showing), rags and SID pads available to clean Jenn air grill (I am sure you don’t want the white towels used),

Fun place to stay. Second time here and definatly going back again.

Beautiful area and scenery

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed staying here. It is such a cozy little area tucked away you feel like you almost have the beach to yourself and and the scenery is beautiful. The unit was nice it could definitely use some updating but nothing major. The only issue we had was the heat was not working and and other units on the ground floor were smoking like chimneys so every time we went outside to enjoy the view we had cigarette smoke blowing in our face which isn't really They're fault but definitely not fun when you know you're not supposed to be smoking and you literally Have non stop cigarette smoke blowing in your face on the back porch.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is the best part. While it's listed to sleep 5 both the pull out and roll out beds are in very poor shape. The main sink by the bathroom doesn't work as well. Love the area but would choose a different condo to rent next time.

Leaking under sink, stove exhaust is broken, tv/sound out of date, screen door won't shut, they did upgrade shower and sinks.
