No.105 at D Sands Condominiums may be called "Yo Crabba Crabba", but it's far from stone aged. While smaller than upper floor suites, this privately owned studio condo offers timeless ocean views through a wall of windows and a ground-level patio that is steps away from an easy, private staircase entrance. This studio condo can comfortably sleep up to 4 people on a queen bed and full-size Murphy bed, and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Yo Crabba Crabba also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchenette, complete with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, oven, drip coffee maker, and microwave, and a small dining table to allow you to enjoy an oceanfront dining experience from the comfort of your condo.

The Unit of Association Owners, our HOA, provides Wi-fi and cable TV throughout the complex, and an indoor pool. D Sands Condominiums also features its own easy and private beach access so that guests can take full advantage of our oceanfront location and play in the sand and surf.

Centrally located in the middle of Lincoln City, D Sands Condominiums is an easy walk to Kyllo's, Lincoln City's favorite restaurant on the beach, a wine bar, Chinese food and so much more. A quick car ride can take you to the Chinook Winds Casino or the Lincoln City Outlets, not to mention all the other fun dining, shopping, and activity destinations in town.

If you walk 15-20 minutes on the beach to the north, you will find natural tidepools with all kinds of sea life. Or stay a little closer to home, and take in one of the most famous rivers in the world, the D River, the shortest river on the planet. The D River State Recreation Area is adjacent to the property, and provides even easier access to the beach in the form of a gradual slope. This property is amazing. Sits right above the beach and has easy access stairs to beach. The views are spectacular and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I definitely would recommend this place and will be returning

We needed a place with easy beach access and this was just amazing! The view was breathtaking, and our 84 year old Mom, could manage the stairs to the beach without too much trouble. We loved the easy access, and were also able to park close.

Beautiful spot right on the beach adjacent to D Beach! The apartment was spotless and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Great bars and restaurants steps away. The Nauti Mermaid is a great local bar and El Torito Meat Market is an amazing mercado! We bought some incredible al pastor and made tacos! The ocean view, al pastor taco and a Modelo—what a weekend!

This is a simple, quiet, no-nonsense, easy access place to relax & watch the surf out the big window, watch TV, cook, or do a puzzle on the large dining table. The indoor pool is next door but we had no trouble with noise from it. Everything was clean, comfortable & in good working order. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool and jacuzzi closed during our stay, wish some one would have compensated or thought of many buying a pass for the community pool at least. That's good customer caring service and would have made us happy. My four year kept bugging me every day about the pool being closed and I barely got any rest! The knob in the bath tub keeps falling off! We went to the Science Maritime museum and they were closed! They only open on Thursday to Monday or something. We stopped by there on Tuesday and they were closed! We are good tho! Couple times at Mo's. Ate clam chowder and seafood Alfredo! Are at Lees Chinese restaurant! Ordered to go and food was good. Walked the beach when the tide wasn't high and collected rocks and shells. It was an ok trip! I don't think we will back anytime soon. We are onto new beginnings. Miss having the maid service too. Idk just not the same. Thank you for having us and good luck on your new journey!

Love the location and closeness to the sand! Room was very clean. Our bed was not comfy for us. It is hard on the edge and soft in the middle. Didn't use the Murphy bed. Seemed to noisy. The first night, an upstairs neighbor had issues. Police officer came through our room to talk to the upstairs people as they couldn't locate them from the front. Issue was resolved. 2nd night our power went off about 10. Came on in the middle of the night. Guess those incidents will help us remember the trip more. 😂

The bathroom was old. The toilet handle jiggled and loose. The top of toilet lid did not completely seal or fit correctly. The bed mattress was lumpy. Also as you slept you found yourself sinking in towards the middle of the mattress. Not comfortable at all.
