Bring your favorite person or escape solo at this coastal studio. This Lincoln City vacation rental provides an excellent opportunity to get away, take in lovely ocean views from your private balcony, and easily access the beach. And it's dog-friendly, too!

Located on the bottom level of Sandstone Point and in between the Taft neighborhood (one mile away) and the Nelscott strip shops (one-quarter mile away), this rental puts you a short one-block walk from the beach, with access to the community courtyard.

You'll have a mini-fridge, coffeemaker, and microwave for meal prep, as well as a queen-size bed for a great night's sleep for up to two guests. And remember: You can bring your favorite canine friends.

There's also complimentary WiFi to keep you connected if you like. And the balcony provides plenty of opportunities to catch beautiful ocean views.

If you want to get out and about, explore the tide pools and go beachcombing along the seven-mile stretch of sand Lincoln City is known for. Try some kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding at Devils Lake State Park, and check out the many quality hiking options in the area. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Disappointed

Its unfortunate that the beds are extremely outdated and creaky, the remote control for the tv hardly worked and the sound went in and out. No screen on the sliding glass door so was unable to have the door open to get an ocean breeze without bugs, the heat did not work nor did the fireplace and the walls are EXTREMELY thin, do not book a ground floor. The pictures are very misleading as the way a ground floor is advertised appears to have outside access from the slider but there is not. If i could give this place negative stars i would. A pretty expensive stay for what is offered.

Get what you pay for

It was the most affordable room for late notice and for the price . It all reflected the experience can’t really blame the app. It’s function for what you need but lacks in everything else . Ok out of date no service bedding dirty with stains asked to look in closet for more but since the agents have never seen the place are not my aware of what is available. Towels dirty and stained with makeup walls are paper thin and upstairs up all night and making noise could not rest with only an app to complain to really sketch stay would not stay ever again app doesn’t specify if there is a dog fee had to pay last minute an extra170 because I noticed the rental agreement stated no pets allowed unless noted

I wasn’t expecting the property to be as it was… I didn’t stay at all, left promptly to go stay somewhere else. Not my type of place that I am looking to relax in.

Horrible place

Horrible, horrible place to stay! Filthy, filthy drapes. Electrical outlets don't work properly, had to choose between lights or charging devices! Fireplace doesn't work. Deadbolt broken, which is a safer issue for us. Sliding door almost impossible to open. Sad part is, this property is in a great location and could be sweet little units, but it is clear that this property is mismanaged by slumlords who take zero pride in their establishment. Really disappointed in VRBO and will never, ever, rent from Vacasa again!

Great price great location

The ad stated a view of the ocean from my balcony. The trees blocked the view. When I asked to switch rooms that couldn't happen. Also I was told there would be wifi and when I asked they said there wasn't wifi available in my room. Other than that it was a cute studio great walk to the beach and I enjoyed myself.

Terrible bed

The room is underwhelming. For its reasonable price we had very low expectations. The renovation on the rooms does not feel complete,trim missing, crappy paint job around previous artwork. The bed is the absolute WORST part. It was the hardest most squeaky bed I have EVER slept on. It was so bad that we bought a new air mattress to sleep on the second day we were there because we could not stand another 4 nights on that terrible excuse of a mattress. All you had to do is shift slightly and it sounds like you're jumping all over it. To add to that, The walls are THIN. If you're on the bottom floor you'll hear EVERY SINGLE SOUND ABOVE YOU. Every step, every dog paw running back and forth at midnight, every scream and sigh. The water pressure and jankey shower curtain makes for a miserable shower. The best thing about this stay was the proximity to the beach and the view, for the price it was okay. Just fix the bed and the shower issues and it wouldn't be THAT bad of a stay. Just bring ear plugs for sleeping to drown out the sound of your neighbors up until 4am doing God knows what.

Warm room

When we arrived the heat was up really high on a 80 degree day so the room was super hot and even after we turned it off and had the door open it didn't cool off till the next day. Coffee pot was also dirty. Great view. Close to so much. It was a great getaway for my husband and I.

There was old food in the fridge and an empty water bottle on the floor. The balcony was also filthy and one of the chairs was broken. You mostly get a view of the ocean which is nice plus the fake fireplace is nice. Its a solid 2/5.

Standard experience

The room had a nice bed and bathroom and a small kitchen area with a fridge and microwave. There wasn’t really a view of the ocean because of the trees. The walls were super thin and we were kept up at night because of the dogs and babies above us and other families on the sides. There is no WiFi or cleaning service it seems so we had one towel for 5 days. There wasn’t really someone to ask questions to about cleaning services.

You get what you pay for

The listing indicated wifi in the description and no internet in the amenities. I guess my fault for believing the description. Cleanliness was lacking, hairs all over the bed sheets. The shower curtain does not prevent water from spreading all over the floor. Listening to the ocean was nice, though

Horrible quality, not clean, but nice location

As we arrived and started looking around, we noticed filth everywhere except the bathroom. The bathroom was nicely cleaned. However, the floor was dirty, the broom was filled with hair and grime, not having been attended to, really nasty. The bed sheets, when pulled back, had long dark hairs throughout. Further, the door was broken (only remained closed with deadbolt) and so was the bed. Looking under the bed you could clearly see it was broken, with the middle beam bending down, felt unsafe to sit on the end of the bed. The bed skirt may not have been washed in ages (or ever) as there were discolored and stained areas. The coffee machine and pot were dirty, and 2 mismatched mugs had chips in the rim. Luckily there was dish soap and a new sponge so I washed everything immediately. The view was nice of the waves in a few directions, and great easy walk down the hill to the beach. The walls in this place are paper thin, as others have noted. We repeatedly heard private endeavors from next door, as well as many dogs barking incessantly and walking/playing in the room above us. This room could be considered overpriced for the low, low quality that it is. With a little work, cleaning, fixing, and rules such as no dogs, this place could be something I recommend or return to.

Great location but not very clean

The view from the room was nice, but the room itself was unclean. And even though it's a nonsmoking room it still smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaked loudly anytime we moved. Overall the location is nice but rooms could be much better.

Quiet & Easy Access to Beach

Went with a girlfriend and we had a good time. The place had everything we needed and nothing that we didn't. We especially liked the easy walk down to the beach. It was close enough to downtown Lincoln City to shop/dine.

Nice Stay

We had a nice stay here. The price was right for our purposes. The beach was accessible with a little walk. The room was simple. Unfortunately the TV did not work but the Internet worked great.
