Modern Beachfront Suite - Pool and Sauna - Second Floor - Sleeps 4!

Summary:

"Octopus Prime" is what we call this modern, remodeled oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It has two full bathrooms and a full modern kitchen. The beach access is literally a few steps away! If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Unit 228, which we call “Octopus Prime,” is a modern, remodeled condo at the south end of the Sea Gypsy that overlooks the famous D River and features an equally famous view of the Great Pacific.



Enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the beach and the crashing waves of the ocean from a wall of windows in the living room. This unit has a king bed in the private master suite, and a queen pullout bed in the living room.



The two full bathrooms are tastefully decorated and feature an abundance of generously sized bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Our full kitchen will satisfy all your cooking whims. It features full-sized appliances and cupboards full of pots, pans, and utensils.



Enjoy an indoor heated pool and sauna, as well as access to two outdoor gas grills.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 16 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
