Summary:
Breakaway at Roads End
The Space:
Isn't it time for a vacation? Come to beautiful Lincoln City and stay in this family-friendly house. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, with peek-a-boo ocean views and a location within walking distance of the beach, you're sure to have a restful and fun getaway here. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as two different living rooms, this house is large enough to accommodate multiple families or a group of close friends while still allowing everyone enough room to spread out. Walk up the stairs to the main living area, where you'll find a trendy sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, and enormous windows to let in sunshine. Step outside to the full-length deck, where you can glimpse the ocean and breathe in the salty sea air. Use the grill to cook up some dinner, or head back inside to put the full kitchen to use.
With standard appliances including a dishwasher and microwave oven, the kitchen is ready and waiting to help you prepare filling meals in between trips to nearby restaurants. Sit down together at the dining room table, sit on the patio furniture on the deck, or pack up a picnic to enjoy on the beach. Want to set the kids up with their own entertainment or space to play? The downstairs living room has comfortable seating and another flatscreen TV. Throughout the home, you'll enjoy WiFi access, and you'll also have cable TV, a DVD player, board games, and a washer and dryer available for your use. When it's time to rest up for the next day's adventures, up to 10 travelers will sleep well in this home. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second and third rooms, on the lower level, have respective double and queen-size beds. In the final bedroom, you'll find two twin beds, and there's a fold-out futon in the lower-level living room.

Please be aware that on-street parking is not allowed in this neighborhood, and be sure to only park in the four spots provided in the driveway or alongside the left of the house. After you're rested up and ready to take on the day, start with breakfast out at Wildflower Grill or grab a fresh donut at Captain Dan's Pirate Pastry.
Hunt for deals at the outlet mall, play a few games at the casino, then head out to the beach just in time to catch the sunset. There's plenty to do in Lincoln City (including scouring the seven miles of coastline for treasures), but if you're up for a day trip you might like to head about 10 miles south to charming Depoe Bay or 40 miles down to bustling Newport. it was a good stay. sadly the pool table was out of commission as we were there for the regional pool tournament. but other than that, a nice quiet place. nice rooms. a lot of deer roaming through the yard. i didnt get to bbq and sit on the nice deck because it was storming almost the whole time but still a very nice relaxing visit
Comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen. Would be great during the summer. A bit shabby. Could use a spruce up. Enjoyed our stay...particularly the pool table.

Lincoln City house
It was smaller than the pictures made it look. The landscape could use some work. Parking 4 cars as advertised was difficult. If you had small cars it would be ok. I was not observant with the listing to notice that there is no AC. The beach nearby was beautiful and had soft sand. If you go into the stay knowing the place is older then it is fine.
Loved the bedrooms, washing machine and dryer. A whole lots pots and pans, cups, glasses, plates, blender they had a Safeway like a mile a way and a dollar tree if needed something fast.

Family friendly, nice and neat. great amenities.
The house was easy to find for out of area people. We were delighted with the space and two living rooms. Bathrooms were nice and having 3 was great.Plenty of towels and linens and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking needs.
Had a good weekend stay.Place was clean and everything as was listed. Only issue we had was heater in Living/Dining area blew circuit twice but other then that was very satisfied and will be back. Thank you

Such a disappointment
Location was nice, but so many things wrong with this house, I probably won't be able to list them all. In no particular order. Super noisy, lots of construction going on in neighborhood. Elevated front porch pulling away from the house and has movement. (Extremely dangerous) Not kid friendly, no fence, busy road, couch positioned backed up to wall of same height with drop to front entry. Every room smells like urine except for twin bedroom. Twin beds need to be replaced, squeaky and uncomfortable. Pool table should not be listed as an amenity as it is non-operational and has been for quite some time according to other reviews. (Main reason we rented this house) Multiple burners out on stove, washer didn't spin, dryer wouldn't turn on and then smelled like something was burning so had to unplug and take home sopping wet clothes. Dead bugs, flies and living spiders everywhere. Sofa bed super difficult to open and could not close. Cracked, sharp tiles in hall bath. Also rotting floor and door wouldn't close in that same bathroom. TV ziptied to dresser. Furniture had rips and stains. Mold around the windows. Public bathroom type toilet paper. House overall was dirty, dingy and in very poor repair. Floors were sticky. Dishes in cabinets were dirty. Fridge/freezer were filthy. By far the worst rental we've ever stayed in. Partial refund would be appreciated.
Upon pulling up, the front has weeds taller than the 12 year old kids we brought. The stairs are rickety and the rail on the balcony was not tight at all.
There were lots of dishes but bairley enough silverware for the 9 of us.
The house was described to have a BBQ, which it did, however it was unusable due to the burner elements being broken. It was more like a flame thrower making the meals we had planned and shopped for difficult to cook with out a BBQ.
There was NO patio furniture. Just a pile of broken chairs under the balcony.
The fixtures were loose and the handle on the toilet fell off at each use. They did send someone to fix it but we had to vacate the house before anyone would come.
Being a house large enough to accommodate 10 the kitchen was lacking supplies for such a large group. No 9x13 casserole dishes, one sheet pan, and the largest skillet was 8 inches. With no usable BBQ this created a problem.
Linens were clean but we had to find them in the washing machine.
Overall, would we return to this house. Not likely.
