This condo is on the very south end of town, in the Taft District. It's just a short stroll down the road from the serene beach, as well as Pelican Brewery, The Pines Dine food truck park, Mo's, and amazing shopping, art studios, and grocery store. With the peace of the beach at your fingertips, and other attractions including Devils Lake, Chinook Winds Casino, and the outlet mall within a quick drive away, relaxation and fun will be around every corner.

Kick off the sand from your leisurely seaside stroll and connect to the free WiFi to lay some gentle background music. The custom USB plugs in the kitchen and bedroom will keep you charged while you get dinner ready. The private washer/dryer will take care of the laundry while you cuddle up next to the gas fireplace and watch a DVD, cable, or log in to your personal Netflix account to find the perfect show. Enjoy BBQs out on the deck, nights filled with starry shows, and family-friendly games around the table. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Always Everything we Want

What is this? Stay number 4? 5? I’ve lost track. We stay once or twice a year here since Covid and it’s perfect for our adventuresome kids who love playing on the bay… and my hubs and I who love the view of everything gorgeous when indoors.

Great apartment, even better location. Easy access to the beach. Walkable to moe’s and The Pines (food trucks). Fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels and extra bedding. Ample seating in living room and dining area. Lots of parking! My family especially appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. One review mentioned an ant problem, but we kept up with our kitchen messes and we didn’t leave food out, so we had very little issues with any ants.

Each time I come stay at Mermaid cove, it feels so homey, welcoming and clean. Anything I've needed is always there. Pans, cooking utensils, games, even little shampoo bottles for when I forgot ours. Soft comfortable blankets, comfy pillows.

Family trip

This place was wonderful! The view was to die for. The game closet was a nice treat, kitchen was well supplied, its very clean, furniture is comfortable, the elevator and the luggage carts was wonderful, but bring your pillows there are lumpy. We will be back can't wait.
