Excellent dual shower heads, fireplace etc. not sure about AC as we only found the heater but it’s nice to sleep with the sliding door open to hear the waves. Will definitely return."

"Front desk staff was very helpful, but hard to get ahold of by phone the numerous times we had need. They were very kind and attentive every time we interacted. We had a few hiccups on this trip and they were gracious help. Breakfast was mediocre foods, but a good variety. Decent eggs, oatmeal, burrito. The biscuits were hard as a rock, even my kids declined the OJ. It was better last time I recall staying here. Pool was clean, not crowded, decent hours of operation. Loved that there was a bathroom and shower adjacent. Room was clean as can be expected, except the bathroom, black marks all over the ceiling that struck me. They are doing remodels currently, so that may be fixed soon? I hope so. The halls smelled like the paint for the remodel, but to be expected and I'm sure that will be gone in time."

"They took a sizeable deposit for “incidentals” and said it would be returned within a day. It’s now been 5 days and it hasn’t been returned. I called the customer service number for that location six times and it always goes to the main corporate office in another state. They say they are transferring me to the hotel I stayed at but it’s just another corporate operator that can’t help me. I will NEVER stay at another Holiday Inn Express again!!!!!!!!!!!"
