The Radisson normally offers a very nice facility, but this particular facility left a lot to be desired. When we first arrived we, were shocked at the lack of landscape maintenance. In short, where you expect to see lawn and shrubs, we were greeted with 12 inch tall weeds and dandelions. Upon check-in, 7pm on Sat night, the attendant at the front desk was very unfriendly/rude. She never greeted us, but just went through the motions with a “why are you bothering me” tone. I asked to use the guest computer for some very important paperwork I needed to print and fill out for my job. She pointed it out and left me to it. When I tried to print the paperwork I discovered that there was a paper jam in the printer. I had to take the printer apart and fix the paper jam that was deep inside. After I had finished, I asked to borrow a stapler and again was greeted with an attitude of “Don’t bother me!” Additionally, inside our room, my husband went to sit down in the room chair and discovered it was completely covered with dog hair! A room at this price should be clean. Radisson needs to review their standards.!
