Unwind in a casual cabin at a motel resort close to everything! Enjoy a view of the river in winter, and, in the summer, there's a seat by the shared chiminea for you when the sun goes down. The seasonal, in-ground swimming pool provides a delightful rest after days of exploration during summer months. Dine alfresco at one of the shared picnic tables and toast to a memorable vacation. There's also a shared firepit area for when the stars come out.

The family-friendly layout includes a gas fireplace for warming up. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, two-burner stove, microwave, and coffee maker and is ideal for putting together small meals and storing leftovers from your ventures to local restaurants. All you have to do is kick back on your own private furnished patio and enjoy the fresh air.

Family vacation.

This cabin was right across the street from Clark's Bears and was nice when we wanted to go. Place was very clean and plenty of towels. The two kids loved it and the river in the back yard. The ducks were great also. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely small cabin on a stream. (Ducks were around!) Slept especially well in a very comfortable bed. The heat source is a small gas stove, which is toasty, cozy, and picturesque.Great choice of lodging!

Riverside retreat!

We love cabin A and have been coming for 7 years. Being able to sit out on the river at night is the best. It's getting expensive with the vacasa fees, which is a bit of a bummer, but I also get things are costly these days. If the slider was fixed it would be 5 out of 5.

Great Location

Perfect location and close to everything. We went for an early spring fishing trip (April). Cabin is perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean and toasty warm with the gas fired wood stove. Great little deck overlooking the river. The only suggestions I have is that the two burner stove worked but was very slow warming up and didn't get real hot. So if you are planning to cook a big meal it's probably not ideal. It would also be nice if there was a campfire area. Sounds like there might be closer to in season. Overall a great spot and we will come back again.

Pleasant Cabin and Great Value

Cabin A is a much better option than a hotel room--more space, the ability to cook meals in the room, fair price, and your vehicle is just out the front door. The cabin was very clean. The furniture was dated but comfortable, the bed comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom well-supplied, and the shower new. Everything worked fine except that the bathroom had a noisy ceiling fan and a slow-draining sink because the stopper lever is not right. Riverview Motel and Cabins is located right off I-93, and you're just a mile or so from the main street in Littleton, the wonderfully scenic Kancamagus Highway/NH Rt. 112. The main lodge of Loon Mountain is only two or three miles away, the South Peak lodge even closer. The cabin is just 20 feet or so from the bank of a shallow, clear, fast-moving branch of the Pemigewasset River. Mallard ducks float by all the time, once in a flotilla of 23. We look forward to staying in one of the cabins on another ski trip. A company called Vacasa handles the reservations and cleaning. I spoke with two Vacasa persons while booking the cabin. They were in El Salvador and had to try to look up the information I requested. I was not able to speak with the owner of the property, who lives on it, about things she would readily know. We were under time pressure because we were trying to book a stay for the evening we planned to drive to the property. It was very irritating to have to wait for answers to our straightforward questions. It was also irritating to make the booking online, then find out that for security reasons, I had to provide a selfie and a copy of my driver's license. I do not have a smart phone and had to have my friend help me, wasting time from the packing we still had to do. Further, I am not comfortable putting my driver's license on the internet. Not until you've made the reservation are you told you will have to spend further time providing this information.
