"For our 4 night stay everything was good. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel as we had catering at the FOCUS festival in Newark. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Our only gripe was that the lift was out of order for the whole 4 days, so we had a bit of a climb to the 2nd floor."

"A lovely comfortable bed in the room. It was nice and clean and the hotel was very quiet, despite other guests and diners there. The breakfast was delicious the next morning and the staff were so friendly and polite throughout our stay. Would highly recommend. A great place to stay and eat"

"Easy parking, friendly receptionist, She noted we came as a family and gave us interconnecting rooms without having to be asked, Extra Brownie points. The rooms were large and clean with excellent air conditioning. Good Continental breakfast at a reasonable price. The hotel is located in a good location and is reasonably priced. As a result I strongly recommend it."

"Staff were helpful, restaurant nice and friendly, rooms ok but could do with a facelift - carpets getting threadbare and could do with a lick of paint. Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work and glasses in room looked about 20 years old. Would probably stay again though because handy for Lincoln."

"The room was very comfortable. Facilities excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The local Chinese takeaway food recommended was lovely 😍. All the local people in the pub were friendly and made you feel welcomed. A short walk into the centre of Lincoln. My friend and I will be going back to stay in the future."
