"Gosh I paid £100 per night for the two previous hotels and they gave nothing except coffee and one of them was a premier executive room. But the generosity and attention to detail in this hotel was staggering. Honestly I was truly impressed at how the owner went out of his way to make everything perfect. "We stayed as we are renovating after a house move and the plasterer had taken over the house. It was a welcome break from the daily work of clearing up after tradesmen! The staff were lovely and the food good. We may be back - depending on how things progress at home!"

"We had a great stay here, lovely quiet area, we found on a last minute stay and it’s a little gem, it’s a short drive to Skegness as that was our intention for the stay however we didn’t mind that, it’s nice that they accommodated for more than 2 children in the room share as we have 3, the owners are lovely and made us feel comfortable from the get go, the only issue we had was the shower, we found the water was far to hot to shower the kids even on the lowest setting which would have been difficult if we had decided to stay longer than a night, breakfast was nice and was asked what time we preferred to have it which with 3 children it’s chaotic in the morning so it made it easier not to have to rush down "
