"The 2 room suite was perfect. Spacious and clean. There were so many special touches that made the stay even better. -free laundry, affordable pantry, wine bottle opener, laundry basket, pool, evening social hr had drinks and snacks, breakfast buffet was large and good, daily housekeeping refresh, kitchen stocked with dishes, TV in every room. There is NO hot tub, even though it says so online. So that was disappointing. Liquor store, tacos and wings within walking distance. Great stay. Quiet and affordable. Close to the University. We will definitely be back."

"This property is very well located to the downtown area of Fayetteville and also Dickson St. The staff is very accommodating. We had a good experience with checking in and out. Genesis at the bar was a breath of fresh air. The beds are very comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. We will definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean, as was the entire property. However, we stopped for a couple days of rest on a long crosscountry driving trip. We both found "rest" hard to come by due to the HARDNESS of the bed. The staff was friendly. Our stay would have been perfect if the bed had just been comfortable."

"This place is awesome. We were able to relax for 2 nights after being on the road for a few weeks. I love that they had semi parking. You have no idea how nice it is for driver to be able to get out truck for a bit. I highly recommend this place"
