Danielle was very responsive and accommodating. I loved the kitchen and common area, the screened in porch with the cool chairs was a lovely touch! The bed was soooo comfortable. Close to shops and mt. Washington.

Only complaint was the bed pillows. We travel a lot. These were the worst on the trip. Too tall. Too firm. Finally used a small pillow off the sofa. There are 6 pillows on the bed. All the same. Need a mix.

Best ever!

This hotel was quaint and perfectly appointed. They thought of everything. From the hooks in the bathroom to the lights next to the bed to the outlets where you need them to the refreshments and decor. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and wish we could’ve stayed longer. This was a girls trip, but I will return with my boyfriend.

A new spin on a b&b

Loved this modern take on a bed and breakfast! It’s a little different from normal hotels and more like an Airbnb. There is no one on staff at the property, although there is someone on call if you need something. We stayed at the artist bluff suite which was so nice! Big comfy bed and a hot shower with good pressure. It even had a little kitchenette. There was a big common area with communal snacks, coffee and board games. The backyard was a nice place to relax. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, too. Loved this place and would totally stay again!

Don't miss out on this gem

Lovely place, thoughtfully decorated, very relaxing after day outdoors. The Lodge was super clean. There were beautiful indoor and outdoor seating areas. Coffee, tea, water and snacks provided. Books in community room with info about Lincoln area activities and history to read while you sit by the fireplace. We had Basin Suite and the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom beautiful. We will be back.

Sublime Mountain Lodge

What an unexpected gem. The Launchpoint Lodge was sublime. The pre-stay communication was genuine with personalized useful information; we felt appreciated and welcomed by the notes. The room was exceptional and decorated with careful elegant and comfortable style. There was a goodie bag in the room with a few snacks and a couple of waters. The towels were fluffy and the soaps smelled terrific. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable; so much so that I was sad when we checked out bc I slept so well. The Lodge was quiet. The hospitality bar had all the essentials.

I was totally happy with my stay here. I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Lincoln, New Hampshire. Cozy, beautifully decorated and convenient check-in, check out, and good communication with host, and owner. The property is decorated with current trends and is beautiful. From the porches (indoor & out) to self-serve community are full of games, books and swing chairs. Safety was never a concern. I would like to note the mattresses, pillows and towels were magical. Better than I expected. Thanks!

What a gorgeous property! We came up for a wedding in Lincoln, NH and didn’t want to stay at a typical hotel. This option appeared intimate and did not look commercial at all. We were right and the pictures did not lie! We were extremely pleased with everything from check-in, to the lounge, lobby, and all the amenities, the shower stayed hot, the bed was incredibly comfortable (massive thumbs up over every place we have ever stayed). Every single detail nailed it. What a wonderful place to stay! We highly recommend and we will definitely be staying here the next time we are in the area without the kiddos. Thank you very much!

Great Boutique Stay

Such a great boutique hotel! charming, well appointed with fun features such as a candy bar in the loung and hanging chair swings on the porch. We stayed in the Hancock Suite which is located on the second floor. We had our own sitting area with the bathroom located off one side and a large bedroom located off of the other side with a closet area dividing the two spaces. Colors are clean and modern. The ONLY space that seemed like it could use an update would be the shower. It's perfectly fine, but the tile just seems outdated compared to the modern colors and style of the rest of the space. as for the shower itself - fantastically hot pressure, everything I look for! We will definitely be back!
