The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked if I wanted first or second floor which was great because I have a bad knee (1st floor). The mattress was far too soft, but the room had a refrigerator and microwave along with free Wi-Fi. If you can overlook the hotel’s desperate need of refurbishment, it’s ok for a short stay.

They took half an hour to come to the desk for check in. They then told me they could not find my booking. I insisted I had already paid through Hotels.com. They then found me but told me they had no non- smoking rooms. They sent me next door to their ‘sister’ hotel. They gave me a room that literally just had a bed in it. This is the second pathetic hotel that Hotels.com has given me. I’m almost ready to ditch you guys

Never stay here

Made a reservation way in advance got there and there was nobody at the desk. Called on the phone and the very rude guy said no rooms. I stated that I had a reservation and he said all reservations are based on room availability so it's pointless to even make a reservation. Had to find a new hotel for me and my young children

Eeewwww!! I paid money for this???

The hotel ran out of rooms despite me being pre-paid and calling to tell them I would arrive around midnight. They sent me next door to Sunset Inn. Entire building was a DUMP. Smelled like cat pee in the halls. Ceiling was flaking off in chunks in my room. Cracked tub, leaking tub, holes in walls. At least there weren't bugs!

This place is not honest. We reached it and they were not offering what they stated in the advertisement. They told us not to register and we can leave and not get charge. Yet, now Orbitz tells me they stated we stayed there. We actually booked another place for the same night. So we paid for two places and they stole our money. Be careful, this is a hotel of thieves.

Ceiling was peeling off. Only one lamp/light. It was dark. AC really didn't work well. The place was falling apart. Needed serious maintance. Door was so tight I thought the lock was broke and was stuck in the room. I will NEVER go back

I like that it was quiet and not too many disturbances. But the upkeep of the room could use a little bit more work. Overall I will more than likely make another arrangement for a few more nights stay in the coming days hopefully.

The photos on their website are fictional. The desk person stated they don’t have anything that is on the website since they don’t have one. Rooms were dirty, sheets on the bed were dirty and stained, bathroom was dirty and obviously not cleaned in a long time, room smelled like mold. We refused to stay and requested a refund. Why Expedia even lists this hotel is a mystery. Do not even consider staying here. The surrounding ares was very run down with boarded up buildings nearby.

HORRIBLE

We didn't even get to check in they didn't even have the room that we booked. We made the reservation just after midnight and yet the guy at the front desk told me I was lucky he was checking me in at all because technically he didn't have to. Then I got a lecture about when I had to check out by.

I liked it was next to the airport. I didn't like the heat didn't work, I was moved to a new room, fan didn't work in the bathroom, tub drain clogged up when taking a shower, water stains on the ceiling throughout the room, carpets are nsppy and worn out, and worst of all they got roaches. Had the nerve to ask for $20 cash deposit even though I pre paid for the room with a credit card. Needs to be shut down and remodeled.

No luxury in the luxury inn

There’s nothing luxurious about the luxury inn. It smells like cigarettes everywhere. The hallways are filled with trash. When I went into my room, it was freezing. The heater was broken or off, and the front desk guy came to to fix it. It was on for about an hour and did nothing to heat up the room. I could not stay the night. I just left and demanded a refund for the poor upkeep of the place. Never go there unless you’re okay with sleeping in trashy places.

It’s fine… but bugs…

Ultimately… it’s fine. I was rather disturbed by the state of my room. Several of the outlets didn’t function, one of the lamps (the only light sources available) didn’t work at all, and there were a number of bugs in my room when I got there. Can’t say I recommend this hotel but it’s definitely cheap…

Thieves to website and consumer

It was basically a homeless shelter and questionable people and staff. I had to pass room that smelled of strong Marijuana outside door, the bathroom floor was sticky every step, shower curtain was disgusting and at 1 time it was white im sure, the vent was loud and shook when on. I put my bag on corner table and entire top of it flung up and almost hit me in face. There total of maybe 40min and left. I was very scared and 1 of your reps stayed on phone til i was safe in vehicle. It looked like mixture of mad max movie and hillbilly convention. Pretty sure its a homeless shelter. I paid 3 nights and next morning the manager said he would give me 1/2 back. When I got there he started yelling very loud and laughing oh your too late now I already did bankroll. I handed him my card and left. As i was at the end of the road calling you i was circled in my vehicle 7xs by the goons that work there and their yucky greasy hair and tattoos under their eye. What's wrong with those people? Another man here said same thing happened. I called my bank canceled 79.60 for partial payment and they charged me from hotel 76.90. Not even same amount

The fist night the night clerk was very good to use the toilet did not work very good and in the morning it over flowed I talk to the morning clerk and he said it will be fix they had problems in other units we came back from the hospital to find the toilet was fixed but the floor was still flooded and the floor in front door was very wet. The next day we were heading home and my daughter had bits all over her body I called the hotel they did not seam to be very conseerned abought it the ice machine did not work very good and they had no bucket to put ice in

Although some of the staff tried to be very helpful, the whole property was quite poor and not ready for prime time. It didn't help that I was first put into a room that had not been serviced by housekeeping and even had a jacket and case left by a previous occupant. It was not what I expected.
