Private 3 Br- 2 level - Townhouse in Forest Ridge

  • Enjoy year round beauty and outdoor activities for the whole family in centrally located Lincoln, NH as launch point for much to explore in the White Mountains. Two-story townhouse for the family to spread out.
    We offer a King Bed, Queen Bed, 2 Twins, and a pull out.
    Located in one of the most desirable developments, Forest Ridge offers indoor and outdoor pools, spa, tennis court, and exercise room. A shuttle to Loon Mountain during season, and easy access to cute town for dining & entertainment.



    The Space:

    Private 2 Story Townhouse with only 1 other unit for the building (Side by side, and space between for zero noise transfer).



    Serene porch over babbling brook, and very well outfitted kitchen and accommodations for the owner that lives there seasonally in the winter.



    Master Bedroom has a king bed, dedicated work space & private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has 2 twin beds and a desk.
    Bedroom #3 is Queen bed.
    The living room couch pulls out to bed as well.



    4 TVS with tons of streaming content.
    Xbox in the twin bedroom.



    Dedicated parking for 2 cars and side yard is available to use the corn hole set.

    Townhouse - 24x7 access with pin code smart lock.

    Forest Ridge amenities include year rounds indoor pool, spa, fitness room, tennis courts, and game room. Outdoor pool during summer.

Lovely house, had everything we needed. Nice to have two full baths for two adult couples. Great as home base to explore the NH trails and fall foliage. Nice restaurants close by. Would definitely stay again.

Family getaway to enjoy fall

This property was perfect from booking to the actual stay. The location is superb and a stones throw from the main road. The rental itself is very nice. It is 100% true to its pictures. The house was clean and neat. It had a fully equipped kitchen which made meal prep for my family a breeze. There is a market very close by for supplies. The beds were very comfy and all slept soundly. I know this is minor but I loved that there were plenty of bedside and couch side plugs equipped with standard plugs, USB and USB-C ports. I also loved the availability of streaming on all TVs. Communication with the owner was spot on. This is a definite "must do" again! I highly recommend this property and graciously thank the owner for the attention to detail! My family was very happy here!

Overall the condo was comfortable and in a great location, off the beaten path but close to Loon mountain and restaurants. The kitchen pots, pans need to be better organized and the living room couch should be replaced. The check in and out was easy and communication with the host was smooth.

We have stayed in Forest Ridge many times and love the space these units provide. This unit was clean and recently updated and provided all the necessities for a family stay. The only thing that wasn't clear (and wasn't a problem) is that the AC is stand alone units in two of the bedrooms which were a little loud when needed.

Great property close to all Lincoln has to offer but in a quiet and relaxing setting. Parked right next to front door so was easy to get in and out for those with a lot of stuff to unpack. Quiet neighborhood where properties are well spaced out. Property was very clean and is well taken care of. Will definitely look to rent again.
