Just lovely !

It was one night and would have preferred single beds. Otherwise there was nothing g at all that had been forgot in the rooms . Very well thought out accommodation and reasonably priced . The staff in the cafe were absolutely lovely !!

The Rest Inn, located on Steep Hill is right in the heart of Lincoln and close to the Cathedral, Castle and the hustle and bustle of a traditional market town with so much on offer. Our suite was comfortable with many thoughtful touches and an area outside with tables and chairs for occupants of each room to enjoy eating or just being outside. Great shower and comfy bed. Communication was excellent. Great value.

Super spot in the centre of old town

Stayed for two nights and a weekend break for two. Location is excellent but it is on Steep Hill and it’s named that for a reason. We couldn’t drop off outside parked down the hill which was a big mistake. Make sure you park above the place. The room was excellent and was clean and tidy with all the facilities you could want. The cafe is underneath and has great coffee and friendly service and you get 10% discount as a guest. Highly recommended and a great location to explore wonderful Lincoln.

The room was very clean and tidy. Would have liked more coffee bags especially as the cafe downstairs was closed when we arrived on the Monday and only open from 10am - 2 on the other days. Instructions for checking in and out were very clear. Stairs and outside areas were gritted prior to. Snowfall.

Lovely stau

Lovely self contained room with small kitchenette and en suite. Comfortable space and bed. The only minor complaint is the shower which only provided a small amount of water and not much power.

Perfect hotel

This was the perfect little hotel. Very central to the shops and pubs. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I informed the hotel it was my other halves birthday and they left him a little card and chocolates. The room was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. Including and iron and ironing board and hair dryer. There's a lovely shared balcony with chairs and table. We will definitely visit again.
