Perched atop a west-facing slope, Our newly-renovated, end unit townhouse offers spectacular views of Loon Mountain. Relax on the deck as you toast the sunset over Mt. Moosilauke or watch as skiers carve turns down Loon Mountain. This townhouse is perfect for families and couples alike. With easy access to the area's endless natural and man-made attractions, you'll never want to leave. The recreation facility is state-of-the-art with everything from swimming pools and indoor and outdoor hot tubs, workout room, tennis courts and game room. During ski season on weekends the shuttle buses pick us up right outside our door and drop us off at Loon Mountains front door. Summer or Winter, Spring or Fall, the region offers something for everyone.
For renters information, we do have one camera it focuses on the entrance to the townhouse and the parking area in front of our unit. It is the only camera that we have. We do not have any interior cameras.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two older children (23 and 17). It was the perfect space for us! The views were nice and we all had a little privacy. It was central to the area attractions and hikes. We would highly recommend it and hope to stay here again in the future.

This is our.....fourth stay? at Jeff's place. We absolutely love it every time. If you haven't been yet, you'll be blown away by the views of Loon from North Peak all the way over to South Peak. The pictures posted do not do the actual view justice. The condo is clean and has everything you could need. A short 25 yard walk to the Bus stop gets you to the base lodge in about 5 minutes. We love it and can't wait to go back again. Thank you Jeff!

Great location. Kicked off my families Christmas season with a train ride to Santa followed up by a tree lighting in Waterville Valley (30 min ride). Jeff was great to deal with, let us know we could get there early if we wanted on check in day and checked up on us regularly to make sure everything was going well!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The location is perfect and the condo was spotless. The views of the mountain are stunning and the shuttle to Loon stops right outside their unit. We chose this property for its location to several ski resorts and amenities. Jeff was an excellent host, making check in and out smooth and easy. We hope to return to enjoy his hospitality and the excellent NH skiing !

We loved this rental. Everything was clean and well done, and the condo had everything you needed. Beds were very comfortable and I loved the layout of the rooms. Perfectly position ski vacay spot right across from Loon Mountain. Spacious and well maintained space. Property has nice pools and hot tub for after sports. Owner attentive to a minor concern that arose. Highly recommend and hope to stay again.

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful place! The owners have thought of everything and the location can’t be beat! The view is spectacular and you feel like you are on a retreat, but it is just a 5 minute ride to Loon mountain and all the great places to eat and drink downtown. The communication from the host was excellent, and we can’t say enough about it. We definitely want to stay here again soon! 👍
