"Everything and all of the staff was excellent. The hotel is gorgeous. If i have to say a negative comment it was it was extremely cold in the building and the room. I had to turn on the heat. They may need to have a hvac company come out to adjust the system. Another issue was my bed wad hard as a rock. I stayed for one night and will definitely come and stay again when i return. Keep up the great customer service."
