"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. The castle has been kept very authentic and would be exactly what someone would want to experience in a castle built in 1283, absolutely amazing place. Would recommend anyone to stay. "The hosts are really friendly and accommodating. The balcony/terrace has a lovely view over the valley behind the property. The apartment is a very generous size and was extremely well equipped, with seemingly every possible kitchen utensil available, which is often lacking in holiday rentals. Will definitely stay again!"

"Frisch renoviertes Hotel nach der Flut. An einigen Stellen sind noch Kabel zu Essen, was aber nicht stört. Tolle Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen. Gute Barkarte für den Abend mit normalen Preisen. Kaffee umd Wasser kann mam sich umsonst holen. Frühstück war standardmäßig (Brötchen, Eier, Speck, etwas Wurst/Käse/Salami, Obst, Joghurt). Das Hotel liegt zentral im Dorf."

"We arrived after a long day at Phantasialand, the castle was beautiful, easy to find and the check in was automated and very straight forward. We stayed with children in the junior suite and it was amazing, well equipped, warm and very upmarket."
