The Space:

The Oasis at Stonebriar is designed to deliver a truly elevated stay. This unique property features both a spacious main house and a fully equipped pool house, offering plenty of room for larger groups while maintaining comfort and privacy.



Guests will enjoy comfortable, well-appointed bedrooms with plush bedding and quality linens for a relaxing stay. The primary suite is a true highlight, featuring an oversized, spa-inspired bathroom that provides the perfect space for bridal parties or group get-ready moments. The main house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the pool house offers 3 additional bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an incredible theater room featuring theater-quality audio and video, perfect for movie nights, game days, or relaxing after a day by the pool.



Sleeping Accommodations are as Follows:



• Primary Suite – California King bed

• Bedroom 1 – King bed

• Bedroom 2 – Queen bed

• Bedroom 3 – Double bed + Twin Trundle Bed



Pool House Accommodations:

• Pool House Room 1 – King bed

• Pool House Room 2 – Queen bed

• Pool House Room 3 – Twin/King split (This twin is a King Split; you may use it as a single twin bed or pull out the trundle bed to create an additional King bed)



Step outside and you'll find your own private oasis. The backyard features a sparkling pool, multiple covered patios, and thoughtfully designed outdoor lounge spaces. Enjoy the covered patio at the main house with outdoor TV or relax under the pool house patio with comfortable sectional seating. Pool loungers, umbrellas, and shaded areas make it easy to enjoy the outdoors all day long.



For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, the property includes two grills! One pellet grill and one propane grill, making it perfect for entertaining.



This home is designed for guests seeking a premium experience with comfort, space, and resort-style amenities.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the main house, pool house, theater room, pool, and all outdoor amenities.



A few closets and storage areas, as well as a shed in the back yard will be locked for owner and supply use. These spaces are not accessible to guests, please do not attempt to access these areas.



The entire yard is private, and fully fenced, making it ideal for relaxing and enjoying your private retreat.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a peaceful Lindale neighborhood, The Oasis at Stonebriar offers a quiet and relaxing setting while still being conveniently close to local shopping, dining, and attractions. This property is perfect for guests looking to enjoy a private getaway while still having easy access to everything East Texas has to offer. Quiet times should be strictly adhered to, to maintain a peaceful environment for our guests and neighbors.



Getting Around:

We recommend guests have a personal vehicle to fully enjoy the area. The property offers convenient access to Lindale, Tyler, and surrounding East Texas attractions. Parking is available on site for multiple vehicles, our driveway can hold up to 3 vehicles, as well as space for up to 3 additional vehicles at the street. We do ask guests not to park on grass to avoid any damage to the lawn as well as guest vehicles. The lawn is on a smart sprinkler system which keeps the property's grass pretty saturated, attempting to park on the grass will cause damage to the lawn and potentially to your vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests

• Events considered with prior approval only

• Event maximum: 25 guests (event hours only)

• Event fee: $1,000 ($500 refundable pending property condition)

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM (strictly enforced)

• Pets allowed: Maximum 2 pets per booking, 20 lb weight limit with a $50 fee for each pet on the booking.

• Exterior security cameras monitor pool and backyard areas

• No parties or unauthorized events

• This is a premium property designed for respectful guests
