Holiday home Köchlin - charming semi-detached house with garden and parking space

The special holiday home in Lindau near Lake Constance, with its three rooms plus additional rooms in the basement and kitchen has been newly renovated and is available immediately available. It sleeps up to 4 people in 2 double beds.

The private, protected garden with sun terrace offers space for the whole family and is ideal for grilling and lounging. In the garden you can smoke like, in the house smoking is not allowed. Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are of course available. The full kitchen with its own seating area is well equipped.

In the basement there is also a shower. A car parking space at the house is also included. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Doppelhaushälfte. Die Insel ist fussläufig in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, die Therme ebenso. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Die Unterkunft können wir empfehlen.

Schönes Objekt. Fairerweise sollte gesagt werden dass das Bad nur durch eines der beiden Schlafzimmer erreichbar ist.

Schönes Haus in der Nähe zum See aber zu laut
Das Objekt entspricht den Erwartungen, ist gut gepflegt und besticht durch eine besondere Ausstattung in Form und Design. Wer Kochen möchte muss sich gut sortieren, wer viel Gepäck hat findet nur einen kleinen Kleiderschrank. Das Bad und die Toilette sind nur über eines der Schlafzimmer zu erreichen. Die zweite Toilette aber ohne Handwaschbecken befindet sich im EG neben den Küche, die zweite Dusche im Keller.... Aber insgesamt alles gut und bedarf eben der persönlichen Organisation um das Beste daraus zu machen. NUR - wir mussten früher Abreisen, da der Baulärm der Nachbarn ruhetechnisch nicht zu ertragen war. So wird das Haus zur Linken aktuell renoviert - bei unserem Aufenthalt wurde Bauschutt bis ca. 20:30 aus dem 2. Stock geworfen und mit Schlaghammer gearbeitet - Ergänzend dazu, hatte sich der Nachbar zur Rechten entschieden seinen Rundpool mit Holz zu verkleiden und hat hier ergänzend mit Säge, etc. gearbeitet. Ruhetechnisch war der Aufenthalt somit ein Totalausfall - die B12 alleine, wäre zu ertragen gewesen. Schade, das Haus und der Garten bieten dem Grunde nach viel Potenzial,

Positiv: - Sauberes under gut eingerichtes Haus - Ruhige und zentrale Lage - eingezäunter Parkplatz - Platz für die Fahrräder - Internet Verbindung funktioniert sehr gut - Landemöglichkeit für Elektroauto vorhanden - schöne moderne Inneneinrichtung im hübschem Altbau - toller Urlaub, sehr zu empfehlen Negativ: Küchenbesteck ( grosse scharfe Messer) fählen, keine Küchenschere. Mikrowelle wäre schön und praktisch.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und geräumig mit großer Küche und großem Wohnzimmer, prima für 4 Personen. Sehr schön, dass wir den Garten benutzen konnten. Die Ausstattung ist im Prinzip prima und vollständig, allerdings gibt es wenig Möglichkeiten, Kleidung aufzuhängen (nur ein kleiner Schrank in einem der Schlafzimmer). Leider liegt das Haus in der Nähe einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung, der Verkehrslärm war manchmal störend.
