'Stadt & See’ holiday flat - arrive, feel good and enjoy

This modern 86m2 flat, built in 2019, was previously rented out permanently and has now been lovingly furnished by us to create a cosy, high-quality holiday flat. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spacious bathroom has a Raindance shower. The cosy double bed or a new, very comfortable sofa bed provide sleeping accommodation. The light-flooded rooms create a pleasant atmosphere and the large, sunny roof terrace is certainly another highlight.

You can park your car conveniently in the underground car park and the lift takes you directly to the flat.

The central location ensures short distances: shopping facilities, bakeries and the bus station are in the immediate neighbourhood.

Jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Pros: Einfach toll! Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet – jedes Detail stimmt einfach! Sie ist nicht nur stilvoll und gemütlich, sondern auch blitzsauber und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist besonders hervorzuheben - sehr zentral aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr herzlich- vielen Dank für die Tipps und rasche Beantwortung unserer Fragen. Vielen Dank, wir können diese Ferienwohnung von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Man ist sofort im Herzen der Stadt und doch überrascht die Ruhe, die hier herrscht. Unser Highlight? Die sonnige Dachterrasse! Hier den Morgenkaffee genießen oder den Tag ausklingen lassen herrlich. Wer eine Unterkunft sucht, die Komfort, Lage und Charme vereint, wird hier fündig. Danke für die Gastfreundlichkeit.
