The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, helpful, and thought of all of the extras to make the stay more enjoyable. Modern amenities throughout. We were in town for a wedding at Venue 111 and it’s less than 1/2 mile away. So convienent."

"When I was making plans to travel, I found Adventure Acres. Normally when I travel I stay at a hotel/ motel, and fuss about noise (kids screaming running down the hallways, parties, arguments, etc. ) when I’m trying to sleep. I found Adventure Acres and reviews saying it was quite. I stayed a week in Suite B5, and agree it was quiet and pleasantly spacious. I had a couple concerns and addressed them to management immediately and was satisfied with their response. I look forward to staying again."

"The location was great, many places to eat or take a walk, workout room downstairs along with arcade games for the kudos, board games upstairs and hot tub outside, very homey, the beds were comfortable and there is a washer and dryer downstairs. Oh and Garage parking for your car. Great stay, If I ever need a place to rent in that area again, I will stay there."

"Fenton Flats is a great place to stay. It has everything you would need in order live like you were at your own home. Chad and his team are great to work with, so any issues that may arise are fixed very quickly. Location is great too...close to downtown, groceries, and a lot of other great things to do."

"We stayed here for 2 nights while attending a dog show in Grand Blanc. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us and the dogs. We wanted to stay somewhere with a kitchen so we could cook a dinner and stay with the dogs instead of leaving them in crates while we ate. The kitchen is really nice. I contacted the host to ask about A/C after realizing it was not listed and hot outside and she came over and installed a window unit in the bedroom that day!!
